Deceitful marketing

I was never advised that asking an opinion generated a membership fee of $55, plus $1. I immediately told the lawyer that I did not want his services, and I wanted a refund for the amount charged to my credit card. The conversation was cut off and my credit card was charged. It was also recorded that the request was completed. The printed information that was given as a response was incorrect.

No answer from Dr for two hours

I left my question for the Dr and never heard anything from them until two hours later. And I did make it clear that the bird was in critical condition. My bird died ten minutes before I was contacted. When I wrote that I no longer needed help, that the bird had died, I still got no reply from the Dr. I do realize that the bird was very ill and was going to die anyway, but not hearing anything for two hours is not acceptable. Even if they would not have been able to help, anyway. Sadly, in my area the only avian vet was already closed and not on call.

Cartridge replacement attempt

A new Epson ink cartridge was replaced, as I have done many times before. Received a message that it was installed incorrectly. Did it again; same message. Unplugged printer and re plugged it, but same message. Called for EPSON help. Asked to talk with Tech on the phone. Call was received after about 15 minute wait. Speaker spoke very broken English, so very difficult for me to understand. He kept talking, repeatedly, even though I said I had another question. He suggested that I try to clean the metallic contacts on the cartridge with alcohol, which I did. Made to difference; still got the same message from the printer. Technician then suggested that I return the cartridge to Staples where it was purchased, for refund.

Don't bother

This should be outlawed, I can not get my dog into a Vet locally for 3 weeks, so I tried this because of course we had an issue with the dog having a need for an antibiotic, contacted this site and only after wasting half an hour was I told they can not order an antibiotic without seeing the pet. What a waste

Outstanding Legal Advice

I've hired a lot of attorneys in my professional and personal life, as well as arbitrators. My attorney, Ted Billard, was outstanding. His knowledge of our area of concern was deep and insightful and his guidance saved us from a potentially very costly mistake. In the marketplace I'd be looking at a bill of a few thousand for the same quality legal advice.
