This company are that bad they should be barred from selling food online. They deliver wet cold damaged food and still expect me to pay
A few days ago I ordered 2 pizzas from JUST EAT,the waiting time was 1h40 minutes,The pizzas came 10 minutes after time (1h50minutes),I checked the boxes it was only warm,wasn't hot at all,so I told driver to take this food becouse I want refund.Driver told me that I have to contact just eat.I was very hungry so I ordered food from dominos,my pizza came in 30 minutes and was Very very HOT.Why JUST EAT can't do same? Next day I contacted JUST EAT customer service,they offered me 50% refund on just eat account.this is joke how they treat customers.Next time I gonna buy something in supermarket or use domino or pizza hut but not just eat.
I order fish and chips but didn't get any food I was told that they had no drivers. Would go to these again

Charged for food that never arrived but refused a refund! Whole order never came. Disgusted they think this is ok.
I was report to just eat DISSAGRE PLEASE DONT REFUND MONEY TO 2 ORDER ******* and ******* just eat replyed to my email and told me we not refund money dont worry. But still just eat refund money to costumer. How you return money with out my permission? Why not listening to restaurant partner?
Just Eat has the most restaurants in my area to choose from. I use them every time I want a takeaway. Nice and simple to use.
Don't pay by card as you won't get your order! 3 hours later still no food and they are claiming it's delivered..
My husband and I ordered a mighty bucket for 1; popcorn chicken; a couple of pieces of regular chicken; fries and 2 cans of Fanta - all ordered via Just Eat!
To start with, the chicken in the mighty bucket was cold, and the coating was thick and greasy - same for the 4 pieces of regular chicken ordered for our 2 dogs - they wouldn't even touch it - wise pups!
My popcorn chicken was cold, dry and hard to digest, which gave me a dodgy gut for about an hour, but then if chicken or eggs are not fresh, they can have that effect on me!
The fries, if you can call them fries, were cold, soggy and hard inside, as if they were made with inferior potatoes!
To add to this horrible food, I ordered 2 cans of Fanta (they didn't even have any coke), but received only 1 can!
I reported this pathetic food to KFC's head office in Belfast, but was told to report my complaint to Just Eat!
When I got onto Just Eat's chat service to make my complaint, and I happened to mention I had had a dodgy tummy after eating some of the popcorn chicken,they fobbed me off by telling I should contact my local health authority about this, and they closed the chat down very ignorantly - passing me on with a load of BS, and hoping I would go away!
If Just Eat think I will let this drop, they are wrongly mistaken - I am not paying over £30 for unpalatable food, and a pathetic customer service from Just Eat!
The KFC in Carrickfergus may have got a facelift, but they would've been better spending their money on quality food and teaching their staff how to prepare it to a decent standard, instead of charging customers for substandard crap that my dogs wouldn't even eat!
Plus, it wouldn't hurt Just Eat to have a responsive customer service team, that customers can talk to physically on the phone, instead of ignorant chat bots who fob customers off with lame excuses in the hope they give up trying to get their money back!

Ordered, and an hour late. Spoke to food supplier and had food waiting for half hour and unable to get driver to deliver - WHAT A JOKE OF A SERVICE (and they want to charge for it?)
Terrible service and customer service. Do not use. Received a cold soggy meal and they would not do anything and were hard to contact

It shouldn't exist in uk. Food doesn't arrive, but the driver says it does and no refund from the customer service
They list incorrect information for every restaurant on their site (they have never bothered to check). Very importantly - this includes opening hours. Just Eat will send you an order confirmation to state that the restaurant has reviewed and accepted your order, then an estimated delivery time once a driver is allocated.
THIS IS ALL LIES WHEN THE RESTAURANT IS CLOSED, THERE ARE NO STAFF PRESENT. Therefore they leave children and entire families waiting by the door for imminent treats that will never arrive. Just Eat have done this to our family on 2 separate occasions (1st time they said "not our fault, blame the restaurant" and on the 2nd occasion their "CUSTOMER SERVICES" said "we don't understand what you're complaining about, what was the problem with your food"
Just DO NOT use this site, phone direct to ensure the place is open (they often offer better deals to those coming direct). DO NOT use Just Eat with their incorrect information and completely misleading "confirmations" to customers. Do not accept their lies.
P.S... Just to confirm, the 1st occasion was 18 months ago (before pandemic) and the 2nd occasion was May 2021 (post-lockdown) so they do not have Covid for an excuse.
Ho ordinato che dicesse che l'ordine non era stato verificato e poi, dopo aver contattato l'assistenza, mi hanno letteralmente aiutato con nient'altro che presentare un rapporto, senza inviare nuovamente l'ordine, senza rimborso immediato, nulla e ora ho dovuto comportarmi come un pazzo e pagare due volte perché ho bisogno dell'ordine. Inaccettabile, il mio nuovo ordine dovrebbe arrivare alle 17:00, mentre la scadenza dell'originale era prevista per le 15:17 e ora tutto ciò che posso fare è sperare che il rimborso avvenga effettivamente
Answer: Don't use Just Eat. They don't give you credit when they tell you they have and steal your money.
Answer: Agree. They take your money and lie saying you didn't cancel your order within 5 mins so they've passed your money on to the restaurant even though they sent me an email confirming my order time and another email confirming the time it was cancelled 5 mins later but they said it was 10 mins later. The restaurant told me to cancel the order after a mix up and said they hadn't received my money from Just Eat. This after previously receiving a cheaper item in a seperate order when I paid for a more expensive item and they said they'd sent me a credit which I didn't receive. I will never ever use them again. I would rather starve myself to death!
