Well we never received anything and will never received it! This website is fake, their phone number it's fake! And they won't refund me my $88.92

I Ordered a flute for my daughter off the junkum.com website, & they shipped a towel that took over 4 weeks. Be warned!
The tracking number was a joke. All phone numbers to this company ate disconnected, too.

Google allowed this site to purchase advertising on their search results which is how I was duped. Google/Alphabet whoever can afford to give us our money back since this vendor and cashapp are ignoring Us the consumers and allowing us to be scammed. Im writing my congressman next and if enough of us do this we should at the very least rally to have some law passed so we dont get scammed and if we do the company here on American soil has to pay for it, not the honest hardworking blue collar consumer. There are more of us then them enough is enough!

I ordered a hardsided cello case for under $100. I got white ankle socks. I emailed them telling them they sent me the wrong thing. After emailing them back and forth for several days, they said they would give me a 85% refund and that I should get it in 15-20 days. Its been almost 40 days now and I have not yet received the refund. I'm seriously considering filing a class action Lawsuit since its obvious that this has happened to other consumers. This time though I want a 100% refund back from this company. Word of advice, don't order from this company!

I waited a month for a package that never came, holding an octave mandolin that I was really looking forward to playing. Not only did they charge my card the day after I ordered it they asked me to wait 20 to 30 days while it was shipped from who the hell knows where. It never came despite tracking information that said it was delivered on the 18th of October.

This company is a fraud. This company will take your money and never send the product. They will correspond with you with grammatical errors which probably mean that they are from another country not familiar with the English language.

If this review has a one star, it's because they wouldn't let me leave no stars. I Purchased a Kamaka Ukulele, $78.95. Thought OFY I got a great deal! Nope they sent me a pair of socks! Let me make sure I'm clear, Not cashmere, wool, or some fancy $#*!! I got nylon ankle gray socks. I admit I fell for their amazing website that had several instruments for sale. Don't waste your time or $$. It's a total scam. Dam they got me good.

I have been waiting for my order, Roland keyboard since 9-12-22. It was listed for $74 I should have known this was a scamm, because Guitar Center sells this for $800 its a fraud site They offer an online tracking company www.emsname.top the tracking site status =Already arrived. It never arrived This cheater actually tried to blame the local post office. This company is a cheater modern day Internet Robbery. Dont even go to site you may get tricked.

I ordered a second hand oboe but got a kid's shirt. Then I contacted them and they said they would resend the oboe, but I never got my order. Later my credit card account was stolen. This is an internet cheater. We should report it to the police!

I ordered an amplifier from them about 4 months ago. There seems to be a ready excuse for every time you email about your order. Then they make it seem like you're going to get even a portion of your money back,and of course its veen weeks since with nothing... DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY

So they apologized for sending me the wrong item and said they would send out another and gave me a tracking number. Wonder what I will get this time.

After 3 months of emails to complain to their customer service they provided me a tracking number that doesn't exist.
I never git my item nir my money.

I purchased what at the time I thought to be a mini keyboard for $95.50. Jumped the gun and thought this site was believable because of all the vintage gear... boy was I wrong. I Instantly tried to cancel my order within 5 mins of ordering after looking deeper into the site. They completely ignored all my messages for 2 weeks, then to say that my order has already shipped. A few days ago I decided to check the tracking knowing that I was not going to get a keyboard. The tracking said " Keyboard delivered in mailbox". I did not receive anything, The purchase went through a different name, "Venmay". I am still trying to get my money back. STAYYY CLEAR OF THESEE FRAUDS!

Scam! They send you a cheap product that you did not order. I ordered a sax mouthpiece and they sent me a cheap plastic children's jacket which cost about a dollar ($1.00). Based in China. They make a good presentation as their listings make their products look authentic and they list 100s of items. Don't buy from this website.

Wish I could give 0 stars, this company had terrible customer service and is a complete fraud. I ordered a Lego set and received a cooling towel instead, for $80. That towel is maybe a $5-$6 item. They refuse to refund my money and even got the bank involved and they will not allow a return of item or refund. There is no customer service, their phone # is not in service and they do not respond to email. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a marching snare drum that was listed as used but in great condition for $70, and thought I was getting a great deal since it was an older model snare drum. Should have known this was a scam, waited over a month before I got my package and when I got it, it was a pair of arm warmers from a cheap Chinese distributor. When I received it with my name on my parents and I were very confused seeing as I'm a guy, I have no need to order them, after looking at other peoples reviews it's seems this is very common with other things they got. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I ordered a riding mower from Junkum. Later checked on the company and found all the negative reviews and deception practiced by a number of Chinese named on-line stores. Put an immediate hold on the payment at my bank. 3 weeks later I received a belt in the mail. The senders address is a La Habra CA one and I could not verify it. The web site of Junkum is part of a Walmart site, but that became evident only after the order was confirmed. How about it -Walmart? And why are these sites still on the web?

I ordered an item and received a shipping number. When it did not arrive I contacted them and they suggested I contact the post office. No such shipping number existed. I called my credit card company and put a stop to the payment. I contacted them again and they said they resent it. I followed the shipment and it said it was delivered.
