This dress has so much potential! The quality is excellent and detailing gorgeous. It's heavier on the bottom and the material is very soft and luxurious. I love all the embroidery and the buttons on the back. It is true to size and my seamstress informed me that any alterations that are needed will be easy to do. Although I decided on a more intricate gown for my wedding, I am keeping this dress for future purposes. The shipping was slightly delayed, but when I inquired about it arriving late, it was sent immediately. Great customer service! Thank you!

I have sent several emails and opened 3 tickets to try and communicate with this company. I have no idea if I will get the dresses I ordered in time for my sons wedding. It's been 30 days on what was originally supposed to be a Rush order. BTW this review service forces you to rate at least one star to write a review. They didn't deserve the one star! Do not order from this company. I will be sharing my experience with everyone!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding to try. It arrived 2 months later, and 2 sizes too small.
I asked for a refund.

You may want to consult with your local USPS office to confirm the shipping fee for returning the package to Suzhou, Jiang Su, China. Additionally, please note that it may take up to 20-30 days for us to receive the return package and another 2 weeks for the bank to process the refund. Or pay an additional $90 and they will remake it over

I suggest do not ever work with this company.

Dress arrived in timely manner. Material was icky and bust inserts were pointy. Didn't love the way it fit, so emailed customer service to start return process. I have sent over 8 emails to date with absolutely no replies. So if you order from this knock off shop, keep your fingers crossed you like it. My advice is to look at a more reputable site such as Lulu's for your dress. 100% would not recommend.

Well, so far, i've opened two tickets and sent at least 5 emails in a week, with no reponse to my request to return the gown I bought. How is a person supposed to return within the two week window, with no response. I'm beginning to feel things are fishy with this company.

This is the worst company to ever do business with they will not take returns and they steal your money. They are a piece of $#*! and they should stay in China.

Purchased a wedding dress for my daughter, arrived in about 5 weeks from date of purchase. Dress had a dark streak on sleeve, breast area (cups) uneven from side to side. One was higher and one was lower. Also different is size and shape one smaller and one larger. One was round and nicely shaped and one was pointed like a cone. The decorative overlay was uneven in back and not attached to some areas. Material on upper portion was very stiff and itchy. Decorative layer had sloppy jagged edges. On the V-neck area one side had seem edge showing with decorative below seem while on the other side the decorative portion was over the seem creating a decorative edge. Lower portion of dress visually appears to be made of acceptable workmanship and quality. I emailed company two days after dress arrived, the response was a bit condescending and rude requesting pictures. After complying and sending pictures we were asked to donate dress to Goodwill and they would refund 70% of what I paid after I provide receipt of donation. I chose not to donate dress as it is not fit for any Bride. I will try to have the dress fixed by a professional or use the lower portion to create a different dress or outfit. Buyer beware when purchasing from this company.

The customer service is horrible. I've tried to contact them three days in a row and you can only talk to a bot which tells you they will contact you within 24 hours and they never do.

I ordered a dress and it came in the wrong color and the wrong size. I asked for a refund and they are arguing with me over the issues with the dress. This place is a scam.

While the dress itself was made very well and I feel accurate to what the picture showed, it simply did not fit me like I had hoped it would. So, I emailed the company to ask about returning it and never heard back from them. Needless to say, I am super disappointed because on their website it clearly says they allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s) (they have to "approve" the refund first before you can send it back) but it's already been nearly a week since I got my dress and I still haven't heard a word from them even after emailing another three times. So now I am stuck with the dress and am having to try to resell it. Super disappointed with my experience with June Bridals. A wedding is supposed to be a happy time for a bride and all this does is add unneeded stress! If it's too good to be true, it probably is...

I ordered a wedding dress and it did not look like it did on the photos. The material and design was completely different and the arm holes were way too small. They did not respond to my emails when I requested a refund. I had to file a dispute with PayPal just for them to finally respond and tell me that my refund will only be $50 when I paid $185. After going back and forth with them the finally settled on giving me a full refund because I filed a case with PayPal. I definitely do not recommend buying a wedding dress from this company. Never!

Customer service was awesome. Any questions I had were answered promptly and honestly. In the shipping process they keep me updated all the way. So nice to have now a days. Dress was beautiful and fits perfect. Worth every penny. Nothing bad to say. Thank you so much, from Amarillo Tx.

Received dress in good time but the neck and armpits were very small. As everyone else has stated, returning it to China is ridiculous. Only option is to sell or try to get partial refund. Never again will I buy from here and stay away from Kylieshe.com as well!

After reading you can return dresses if need be. After asking for Ivory This is after i requested a color change and had to pay and additional 70.00 for them to change the color to Ivory. I still received white. I received white. They didnt fit right or feel right. I just didnt care for the wedding dresses once i got them. I was hoping at least one i would love. I reached out to customer service immediately upon trying them on and advised of the color issue along with they didnt fit right, the look i didnt care for and i would like to return. First response I received they wanted me to donate to good will and inly get a small portion of my money back. I advised no according to your return policy i can ship back. They then stated i had broken the tailors hearts since i requested a style change. I didn't change the style of the dresses. I asked for a color change a day or so after i submitted the order. They charged me 70.00 to change to ivory and i still received white. Again i wrote back that i want to pay the shipping to return and expect a full refund. I am waiting for another reply. In the meantime i advised them i will post a review to let everyone know the circles and hoops they make you jump through in order to return something. My recommendation is to stay far clear of this company! And so that nobody is confused i contacted the company about the dresses the exact night i received them. And still getting this type of run around.

I will add a photo of the dress I ordered, and an image of the dress I received. It is not the same dress. Loose baggy fit, different pattern, different material for lace and tulle. Band was pink instead of white. Wearing it made me feel like a Victorian England corpse bride. Not a good look for my wedding.

So the dress itself, wasn't terrible quality and the sizing chart I would say, is fairly accurate. It shipped way faster than I expected as well, which, on one hand is good but on another hand feels like a red flag, since dresses are made to order.

However, the dress I received was massively different than the picture on the website. It was advertised as illusion netting, and I received bright white mesh where the "illusion" was supposed to be. There was also a hard seam on the shoulder of the netting, and an awkward jutting out shoulder area. So it wasn't an "illusion" style neckline at all. It was very, very noticeable. It's disappointing, to say the least. So now I'm going to attempt to return it, but their return policy is clunky, so we'll see what happens.

I ordered a dress for my daughter wedding and it took forever and when I got the dress it was to small the dress is not a size 6 it's a 2 and they are only offering me a 30 percent refund. That is crazy and I have to pay for shipping. Please don't waist your time with this company.

I ordered my dress at the end of June for my July 23rd wedding. I needed adjustments made and didn't communicate that to them until approximately July 2nd. I was guaranteed my dress would arrive by July 19th but it arrived on the 10th in perfect condition looking just like the picture. I looked beautiful for my wedding and was over the moon. Thank you again June Bride, you made my wedding dream a reality.
