Ordered what was supposed to be an elegant vintage style dress. What I received was a cheap knock off that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Their return policy is that you may return the item with approval and that your refund will be deducted shipping and handling fees. Beware! Do not buy.

Purchased a wedding dress for daughter in January. Received dress in early March. Dress did not fit so we wanted to return. That's when the first part of this scam business showed itself.
Return requires you to email your request to get approval and return info. At this time told we could only return via USPS, despite the fact that it came DHL. No returns via UPS or FedEx. Encouraged at this point to donate dress since return cost expensive. Returned via USPS to China. Tracked return and it arrived in Customs in about a month, then took 6 weeks to get to company.
Once there emailed about refund. Promised refund in May, numerous back and forth emails, no refund. Yesterday received email from June Bridal that they are now unable after 6 months to return funds. No dress and no money. Avoid doing business with June Bridal!

My dress arrived 3 weeks after I submitted my order! Which is amazing! Not only did Junebridals make my dream wedding dress in a timely manner, but I received my dress 2 days after receiving the email telling me it had shipped! Amazing!
This dress was absolutely made to fit me! The quality of the this dress is even better than I imagined. I did order it months before my actual wedding, so It may need taken in on top, but that's an easy fix and expected.
I can't recommend this company enough! Trust me, I may be a laid back bride, but if you see something you like, PLEASE don't hesitate getting in touch with June, so she can make your dream dress a reality too!

I ordered a customized dress for my wedding which arrived today. Immediately when I opened it, I could see it was significantly the wrong sizes. The dress is easily 3X too big and would need to be completely altered to my original sizes I had sent in. I contacted them about this, which I will admit they were very polite, but the only advise they could give me was to "sell it locally or on Craigslist". I hope that's possible because now I have to unfortunately order another dress which I'll be sure to order in person to avoid this issue again.

So the dress itself, wasn't terrible quality and the sizing chart I would say, is fairly accurate. It shipped way faster than I expected as well, which, on one hand is good but on another hand feels like a red flag, since dresses are made to order.

However, the dress I received was massively different than the picture on the website. It was advertised as illusion netting, and I received bright white mesh where the "illusion" was supposed to be. There was also a hard seam on the shoulder of the netting, and an awkward jutting out shoulder area. So it wasn't an "illusion" style neckline at all. It was very, very noticeable. It's disappointing, to say the least. So now I'm going to attempt to return it, but their return policy is clunky, so we'll see what happens.

I purchased a wedding dress on 28th Dec 2021. When it arrived it was of poor quality and the sizing was off. I could not fit my arms in it and the neck line was very high. Whilst the dress looked similar to the picture it is the sizing/quality and materials that were unsatisfactory. My many emails have gone without reply. I have contacted paypal and then the company offered a return envelope but it never arrived.

Absolutely fell in Love with this Wedding Dress, the ONLY one I wanted. Received it and White instead of Nude Fabric was used. The dress is not offset just white on white and looks a mess. June Bridals remarks were that they use the material on hand! I wanted to return it and they said I would get 70% back less $40-$70 for shipping, even though I paid to have it Expedited. They don't care and will Never lose Money, Especially if it's their fault. Horrible Experience and 8 emails without resolve. I get married in 2 weeks and this company is Full of Bull$#*!.

I saw mixed reviews, but I still decided to order from them. They first insulted me about my measurements. Their sizes are off so I had to order a customized dress which of course is non returnable.
I was very excited to get this dress for my cousin's wedding. I have never felt so betrayed and heart broken over a purchase.
The response back from them is that I can sell it on craigslist. It's so ugly I will have to give it away.

I have submitted three request starting one day after receipt of dress and have yet to get a response or receive the form but they have 100% of my money. I will never and would strongly recommend no one orders on line from them. Poorest customer service and false return policy statements I have ever seen!

While the dress itself was made very well and I feel accurate to what the picture showed, it simply did not fit me like I had hoped it would. So, I emailed the company to ask about returning it and never heard back from them. Needless to say, I am super disappointed because on their website it clearly says they allow returns within 14 days of receiving your item(s) (they have to "approve" the refund first before you can send it back) but it's already been nearly a week since I got my dress and I still haven't heard a word from them even after emailing another three times. So now I am stuck with the dress and am having to try to resell it. Super disappointed with my experience with June Bridals. A wedding is supposed to be a happy time for a bride and all this does is add unneeded stress! If it's too good to be true, it probably is...

Once I received my dress, which did not fit, all communication with customer service halted. Their policy is that you have to contact them within 7 days and they have taken that and then some, absolutely no response. I would not recommend this site to my enemy.

I was very unhappy with the dresses that I ordered. I contacted and sent pictures and went a week with no reply. I ended up escalating the issue to PayPal. The company finally got back to me and offered 80% back less their shipping cost. Their return policy states a full refund including shipping for items not as represented. Buyer beware. Look elsewhere.

I ordered a sample dress for one of my bridesmaids and it fit perfectly! The lining is soft and comfortable, the fabric is more light weight than I had anticipated (which is exactly what I want for my wedding). I read reviews that lots of the sequins fall off but it's certainly not enough to be noticeable at any rate. The shop's worker, June, was great. She answered all of my questions and always responded promptly which made the process much less daunting as I had many reservations about ordering such an important dress online without having my friends try it on. Delivery was within 4 weeks! Can't wait to order the rest of the dresses.
