Sandals shown on their website were white (they do exist, I´ve seen them in a shop), I got beige ones. No understanding by Jules B - "it´s kind of white". When ordering an item I´d like to get the one pictured in the article description.

Horrific customer service, work as front line supplier to NHS and therefore took longer than normal to return orginal purchase(within 30days but more than 15). So therefore got e-credit rather than my card reimbursed. The second purchase had marks all over a polo shirt and dog hairs and bobbles on the cleaning towel in the shoe care kit. Jules B will not refund, just give me credit. Never want to deal with a vulgar company like this again but seemingly can't get away! Please please please do not give these guys your hard earned!

Unfortunately, Jules B has an ongoing pattern of highly disconcerting and deceptive business practices. Sadly, (and per multiple online consumer reviews), numerous customers have been victim to Jules B's unprofessional, unacceptable, and unlawful merchant actions inclusive of the failure to ensure delivery and receipt of purchased merchandise. Moreover, it appears that Jules B continues to demonstrate non-compliance with nationally and ECommerce designated policies and protocols specific to seller actions and consumer rights, and a lack of "accountability" for shipment related issues and non-receipt of goods. As well, shipment and delivery issues are the seller / sender's onus (not receiver's) whether in a customs setting, other shipment environment, or postal facility. Therefore, consumers are at an increased risk for a problematic transaction with Jules B due to their disconcerting business practices, breach of nationally designated and E Commerce seller policies, lack of merchant accountability, honesty, and integrity, and violation of consumer rights! ALERT!

Terrible experience buying from Jules B. They made an error with the VAT so i ended up paying twice - they refused to do anything to help even though it would have been easy for them to do so. I'm shocked at how rude and uncaring they are.

Thinking about ordering from this disingenuous company? Well here's a little fact that you may want to bear in mind before you do. If like me you check whatever online size guide the online retailer provides you with before ordering, you know to minimise the risk of an incorrect fit etc Then you should know this. According to the JulesB size guide for the product that I ordered a size XXL was 44" across the chest. When it arrived, it was 52"! It fitted like a tent. JulesB's response? That the garment was correct as it was labelled XXL and was true to the manufacturers size guide - that's the size guide that they do not provide you with at the point of sale because they cannot be bothered. Instead they provide you with a JulesB size guide which clearly bears no resemblance to the manufacturer's guide. Their customer services have zero common sense based on my many communications and their customer services manager the worst that I have ever experienced in my 58 year life time, not just because of the lack of urgency, lack of organisation - not to mention excuses, but also their totally disingenuous approach. If you chose to order from these modern day pirates and something goes wrong, you are on your own. Common sense will leave the building- if you're like me you will continue to pursue injustices, even over a £15.95 return postage fee. JulesB exploiting the public. Disgrace of a company.

They think it’s o.k to mislead the public. Disgrace of a company.

Shipped a faulty item.
Admitted it was faulty.
Ignored my payment provider when I raised the issue.
Did nothing about it.
Avoid like the plague.

If there was anyway of giving a minus star, i would for that is what they deserve. JulesB is scam, if you can please stay away. I ordered for shoes costing 1560SEK. The next day it showed dispatched, then was delayed after two days. It was being returned to JulesB.
I wrote to them to inquire qbout what was happening. Took 4 days to reply( after sending mails) only to tell me they don't know why my package was going back to them.
Long story short, topd me it takes upto 30 days to recieve item. I opted for a refund,... They actually charged me 250SEK for ideally "returning" the package. I wrote to them complaining but no reply.

After seeing several similar incidents on here, JulesB is scamming us of 2.5pounds as return fee for goods never delivered. Imagine howuch moneythey are making from us.

Please don't buy from they, you won't get product and you will lose 2.5pounds with no clear explanation.

They charge you a return fee for a package not delivered

Always receive great service with Jules B. I have never had a reason to complain, and always find the ladies on the phone attentive whenever I have any queries or concerns. Prices are always competitive, and the extra discount codes through their mailing list is a big bonus.

Don't buy from Jules B Fashion. It's simply not worth it.
They don't take the time to put up proper measurements for their products. You'd expect more from a high end retailer, especially one with so many restrictions.
I bought a shirt, the drop-down selection only showed the neck size. Opened the size chart, NO neck size listed. There was NO info confirming I was buying the right sized product.
I chose the shirt showing my proper neck size.
Also, they are an over seas company, so there's NO free shipping. And NON-refundable shipping cost.
I had to send the product back, guess why, it didn't fit properly. It cost me $20 to send it back, and that was the cheapest!
SO, a shirt that I don't even own, ended up costing me $30!
Too many NO's.
Do better Jules B Fashion.

AND they restrict what you can say on Amazon reviews!

Found this site through Google Shopping. I was looking for a certain FitFlop that was sold out everywhere in the U.S. I found it on the site for about $25 cheaper than other places, so i was skeptical. Searched online reviews and found this site is def dependable and legit. Ordered it and it was beautifully wrapped and is authentic. Thumbs Up! Shipping was fast as well.
