I believe that I have been grossly overcharged by this company. Aside from the this, I have had goods showing as shipped that never arrived, excuses followed by an eventual promise of a refund. Also, if you select goods to your shopping basket and pay at the checkout, please dont assume that they actually have the stock. I have been let down countless times and I have recently been notified a week after my order was processed that two of the items are out of stock and will not be arriving - with yet another promise of a refund. Dont just read this review, there are plenty of other on this site as well as other review sites. Their customer service appears sincere enough, but after a while you get to see it for what it is... a circus, where nobody can make decisions and if you decide to take matters further the only option they provide is to write to this chap;

I havent written to the Ringmaster just yet as I am exploring other options, rest assured though, I will not stop writing on every social media platform available until Coggles do the right thing by responding to the simple questions being posed.
