I order some product on 12-12-2023, said two days busines delivery, one sta over in Arkansas form Tennessee, now told it will take one week to get product,No help on call line just excuses. One week to ship one state over? Really. It took two days to process order for pick up yet they dang sure billed me in the 12th.not shipped yet? So their two days business delivery is misleading and a false advertising. Like their products but customer service is truely lacking with their customer in mind.

Having read over a few dozen reviews I'm left wondering why they all seem to be 1 star or 5 stars... next to nothing in between! People hate it with a passion wanting to call their State Attorney General's office on them or the best jewelry seller in the world!

My wife and I have purchased literally hundreds of pieces of jewelry through the many years with them (they documented back 22 years but I'm sure it's been longer... back to ACN days) and are well over 90% pleased with our purchases or customer service related issues. Never once have we had a heated conversation with anybody there and always had our issues resolved.

Just this week I had a very expensive purchase disappear and called in and was assured that if it didn't turn up, they were going to simply replace it... no charge. As it was, our mail delivery lady put it in the wrong box. Point being, they were going to make it right if necessary.

My advice is to try it out, get something you buy from them appraised, give them a chance and make your own decision. If it's not to your standard, go spend more somewhere else because you will not beat their prices.

I give them 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, and I tell them that!

My only issue with JTV is that their hosts talk WAY TO MUCH! I want to see the item, not hear you jabber on about it. My purchases have been awesome. The jewelry is beautiful. But the hosts are incredibly long winded, terrible. I've changed channels because of the constant jabber, jabber, jabber.

I have been a long time customer of JTV and I have not had any issues with most of the jewelry purchased.
I had a few pieces that i have returned but overall i have kept most of the pieces I have purchased. My only complaint regarding JTV is on television the pieces appear larger than what they are. So when get your order its looks smaller than what you viewed on TV

if you are into jewelry and you are looking for something that wont break the bank JTV is for you. they have gemstone jewelry that wont break you budget and if you don't like your piece you can send it back within 30 days of purchase there will be a 6.99 return shipping fee

I've been a JTV customer since May 2022. I've had no problems with the jewelry, returns, shipping, or anything else. I do think it's interesting that JTV's management hasn't realized the world population does not consist of only white people. Come on, folks. The world is diverse. JTV should be too.

JTV & Bella Luce & Charles Winston are excellent jewelry for the price-Vanna Whites jewelry- while are beautiful in looks but crap for cheap broken jewelry- I thought maybe I just had bad luck a few times- but all my friends & family have had the same junk jewelry jewelry from her- very disappointing :((

JTV does not list or state clarity of diamond on air or online descriptions. Have received some I3 which had to be returned.

Though some of our finest quality one only gemstones, like those in our Vault and President's Collection, do often come with a lab report that details the properties specific to that stone such as color and cut, for example. The reason for this is because we most often purchase gemstones in a large quantity or “lot” by size and cut, and though similar, the color can vary slightly within that lot. Not happy that host Jennifer on the show said the word holiday and not the word Christmas, she could have said the word holidays referring to the other holidays. She said for the fall and then she said for holiday. I thought that I heard it before too from another host. Sounds like they are leaving out the word Christmas when she was talking about it. Really which "holiday" was she referring to?!

I hav made many purchases from JTV and hav been very pleased with at least 95% of what I received. And ALWAYS get lots of compliments. Is some of it cheaply made. Sure. So yu hav 2b careful what yu order that's all. If I hav a complaint it would be the chains sent with pendants r razor thin. Would rather they just didn't send one than one that I cant wear.
Hav sent sum items back and NEVER had an issue with being refunded. Promptly

I have ordered at least 30 or more pieces of jewelry from JTV in the form of rings, earrings and pendents. I have been more than pleased with most every piece I have bought. Since you only buy jewelry for looks anyway all that I have bought is beautiful and looks real even if it isn't. And I love the colored stones, great quality at affordable prices. I really am constantly getting complements on my pendents especially. I would for the most part give JTV 5 stars but I have had 2 rings that have lost a stone but one I sent back and one is being fixed. And a few I have returned because the color wasn't quite the same as it looked on the computer but they were lovely pieces. This happens with anything you order on line. So to me it is a great place and I love the choices.

I followed Tim M.'s instructions and wrote, again, to customer service with a full explanation, copies of this review and Tim M.'s personal notes to me, along with pictures of the ring in question. I received a letter two days ago saying that a refund was in process. This morning, the credit appeared on my account. I want to clarify that I've bought many items from JTV and have been pleased with prices for what you get. This case was different because it was pure gold and gold should last. I hope this will be the beginning of JTV continuing to handle these things more appropriately.

I purchased many items over the last years and have not been overly satisfied but then decided on a very expensive item ($400) expecting some quality. Gold rubbed off. Returns took weeks and continued to have the same problem with the item. I bought a 10K gold ring knowing it is stronger and gold is for life. Within 2 months the ring began falling apart because of how thin it was and shards of gold began breaking off. Customer service promised a refund to "stand behind their product" and sent me a shipping label. They sent it back without explanation. I called and was told "sorry" the person who ok'd the return didn't have the authority! "Sorry" " Sorry" "Sorry. They kept my money. I have garbage to show for it.

I bought item DOCZ695. Beautiful blue opal with spinal band. About 3 mos. Ago. Not long after it went from blue to green. And I mean green. Should I call Customer Service ( its been about 3 mos.) I'll even send back for exchange. I. really do love your jewelry, so don't take this as me being nasty, just disappointed. They are even posting it today for promo. For JTV. Elyce O'Leary in Penna. The perfect jtv host: 1) speaks with a normal pace, never shouts. 2) is animated and pleasant, never hyper or annoying. 3) has no obvious speech challenges or annoying nasal tones 4) never exaggerates to the nth degree, never talks down to the customer. 5) never pretends that their line of work is heroic or they are doing customers a huge favor with their service and business, is humble. 6) never, ever, says that anything is "flying out the door". 7) does not smack between sentences 8) knows that it is best to have a conversational voice, never rushes or counts down "3 left in a size six", etc., just lets you know when an item is sold out. 9) absolutely does not have a crazy laugh 10) keeps in mind that the audience is made up of sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, mothers and fathers and has genuine respect..

But, I don't like the one review, I really don't like the guys selling jewelry, but people don't need to say they are groofy, and as far as girl friend Friday, let them where what they want to. They are just selling jewelry, that person needs to get a life, don't be a hater... come on, if you don't like watching all them, then go to the mall, and pay hundreds, if you can even find that cool of jewelry.

Had to write an update. I quit watching for a while but I felt my previous review was a little harsh. There was a host who was talking about who she was praying for, and there are A LOT of crosses. The holidays there are Christmas, but not inclusive of other beliefs (and yes, some of the hosts really need a makeover/makeunder). They are in Knoxville, TN. That being said, I do buy some of their jewelry and I am usually pleased with it. If I'm not happy it goes back, which is a pain, but thats true any time you order something online.

Lately I've ordered a few items from JTV but half of them had to go back for one reason or another. I have been watching the channel a fair amount, but I had to turn it off because I can't decide if they're selling jewelry or the Christian religion! So. Many. Crosses! Crosses, crosses, angels, angel wings, Hand of God jewelry, etc. etc. And the hosts go on and on about their faith and who they're praying for... goodness! A little diversity, please! And I hope some of the hosts will update their hair and makeup, they're stuck in the 80's.

I have had very, very good experiences overall with JTV over the past 19 years. I have the jewelry to prove it and have had some very high appraisals to back it up. They do what they say and go above and beyond in most cases. They call back when they say and the have even overnighted me things at their expense if it is taking too long. Granted they know I am a good customer who spends a good amount with their company. They even fixed a high end diamond ring for me that I did not buy insurance for and was well beyond the 30 days. I really don't understand some of the negative things people have to say. They cannot and will not find what they offer anywhere else. Just try to find yellow diamonds at their prices! It won't happen. I love my collection and love watching to see what else they will have. I have my own jeweler and he is amazed at some of the things I have received. I love my yellow diamonds and they deliver!

I love my new rings and I cannot wait to buy more jewelry. Great quality, warranty, flex pay; how can you not love Jtv? Only issue I had was the delivery. It seem like it took forever for my jewelry to come. I have another company I order from and my jewelry is delivered 2 days after I order it. Don't get me wrong, although Jtv seemed like it took almost 2 weeks, it was well worth the wait. Thank you Jtv from another satisfied customer.

I have read many negative reviews about this company stating they never received a tracking number for their order. I don't understand this. I place an order online on the 13th, and received notification form ups on the 15th that it had been shipped. I have a tracking number, and the whole process has been smooth.

I see people on here grousing about stuff they bought from jtv. One was complaining about losing a tiny diamond from a ring. If you are not careful with multistoned settings it will happen no matter where you bought. Other people complain about glued in stones falling out, I always check the web site for info on the setting glued, bezel or prong. This helps me decide whether to get an item or not, glued items need to be kept out of water as much as possible because it is GLUE and will get weaker every time it is wet. If you are buying the cheapest stuff they have it is not real gemstones so yes it could look like junk. My point is buyers need to know and understand what they are buying so they understand how to take care of it. I have bought many things since 2007 and yes some things were sent back because I didn't like the quality or style when I saw it at home. My returns are processed in a timely fashion for a smart label, these do not get handled like regular mail, it's slower so I went back to paying for my own shipping and learned its cheaper and faster. I have kept most of my purchases however and have had no problems with losing stones because 1. I don't sleep in my jewelry, prongs get stuck in bedding and brake, 2. Never wear jewelry when cleaning, cleaning agents are caustic and will change color of stones, plus break down metals so prongs break, 3. Don not put alcohol based hand sanitizer or wear swimming, alcohol and chlorine are really caustic on all metals causing weakness which leads to breaks and more lost stones. I understand that jewelry should hold up to wear but if you aren't taking care of it properly you will have problems, the golden rule is wear with care. Every ring that I have purchased from them has all the stones and I have several multistone rings. I am pleased with all my loose gemstones that I buy, understanding that since mother earth created it will not always be perfect and I do my research of other places to make sure the price is not way out there, usually buy my stones on clearance and have some very nice rare gems. I saw another complaining about hand setting, they are handset pieces in mass quantities and yes made in china but guess what, so is everyone else's jewelry and they are more pricey on the other networks and less informed. I agree that the hosts can be rather pushy with their pitch but they are selling something so that makes them salespeople and everywhere you go you get pushed to buy by a salesperson, it's their job!

These people are sales people so they are out to sale but One of the host stated that the diamonds in the three thousand dollar ring are the same in the cheaper rings and they never give the grading of the diamond. So buyer beware. I pick and choose what I want to keep and send back what I don't like Never a problem with refunds or customer service

Jtv sucks! Got a bracelet for my wife and it fell off while she was wearing it. The clasp is made of an inferior material and my jeweler said that it is to soft to stay closed. When I called they offered me a crappy $8 discount, it costs me $20 to have it fixed!

I've ordered many parcels from JTV, but this LAST one, the "SPICE MIX", was actually RIDICULOUS. So much for their advertising. What I received were such MINISCULE pieces one would NEED A LOUPE in order to see them. I was going to type 'CHIPS', but some truly WERE CHIPS, and some of the stones WERE CHIPPED. This was absolutely RIDICULOUS, and very very happy to have had the 30 day money back option, because this went DIRECTLY BACK. I AM HESITANT TO ATTEMPT ANOTHER PARCEL ORDER FROM JTV!
