I have ordered many pieces of Jewelry and I am pleased with almost all of the pieces I have ordered, there were a few that were damaged in transit but overall my experience has been a positive one, I love the selection of jewelry and the value, my advice is to read All of the descriptions before you purchase.

I order some product on 12-12-2023, said two days busines delivery, one sta over in Arkansas form Tennessee, now told it will take one week to get product,No help on call line just excuses. One week to ship one state over? Really. It took two days to process order for pick up yet they dang sure billed me in the 12th.not shipped yet? So their two days business delivery is misleading and a false advertising. Like their products but customer service is truely lacking with their customer in mind.

JTV used to try to make you feel like family. All the things that made their programs special are gone. They axed favorite designers (Janyl Sherman, Artistry of India, etc) without even a thank you and proper sendoff. They've cut customers favorite programs (gemstone shows, The Morning Mix, special pre-recorded Christmas show, the JTV exclusive Holiday Ring, Rockafellas, etc). They've made all the hosts stick to canned format (the price drop dance "No, it's not $799 or $699 or $549..." and the countdown "we're down to only 49, 48, 46,...) Just looks awkward. Yes some hosts do it effectively but others look uncomfortable. Why not let them be themselves? So much more personable. If you want everyone to sell the same way you may as well hire robots. I miss learning about jewelry & gemstones. I do like their return policies. And their customer service has always been exceptional.

Good buys can be had, but oftentimes if the price is "too good to be believed" on gemstones, trust your instincts. I've bought a few items where the hosts raved about the quality of gemstones and received product that have weak color or visible inclusions. Fortunately there is a 30 day return policy, but you aren't refunded for shipping. They also text and email FAR too often.

Past 2 yrs jt. Has gone down hill, they use to be fantastic,, but now seems like junk over priced jewelry. Sad they turned into the old Shopping channel C V N

I just had a problem with a product sent and with JTV Customer Service. My rating would have been higher, if I didn't have this problem. It would have been lower, if Alex S. On JTV Chat had not been so helpful. I chatted with Alex S. After speaking with both a customer service rep. And a customer service supervisor. Neither of whom were helpful. I have been a JTV customer for 20 years, and have noticed that merchandise quality is often less than advertised. Additionally, customer service was much better in the past. I admit to being a fussy customer, and a jewelry junkie, so I may be partially responsible for my sometimes continued disappointment.

I never know when I order something if it will come undamsged or with loose stones. My biggest disappointment was a tanzanite ring in 10k gold. Paid over $800. Took it to 2 different jewelers for appraisal. Both of them said it was a stimulant and if it was real it wouldn't be set in 10k gold. Called customer service to complain. They wanted me to send it back to have their appraisers verify it was real. Of course I would have to pay for the appraisal.

I sent in my 1.5 c marquee Diamond ring with matching band with 1/2 c diamonds. It went to a place up North that called me and offered me $283. But couldn't tell me what it was for ( I had loose stones too). So I said no return my jewelry. I then got a check in the mail and I called told them no I wanted my stuff back! I fought with them for almost 2 months! Eventually I spoke to someone at JTV that helped me! I had sent the uncashed check back! Don't use or trust JTV Gold exchange the independent buyers lie and try to trick you! I almost lost my very valuable jewelry for $283.00! I'm writing this to keep others from my nightmare!
Also my diamonds in the wedding bss as bd came back very small when they were the same as the engagement ring. Just sickening but glad I got them back!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use the gold exchange it’s subbed out to whoever you never know.

I have returned several rings as JTV does not have white graded diamonds
Nikki always toots her own horn on how experienced she is.
I ordered a white diamond ring that she claimed was beautiful only to have my jeweler laugh at the grade of the stones.
And that counting down of quantity left drives me crazy
Also the hostesses need to cut and tone down those fake nails

If you order gemstones in sterling silver you'll probably be satisfied. If you order in 10k or 14k you won't unless you've spent hundreds to thousands of dollars.The gold is thin and cheap. They show good quality items on Air, but send lesser quality to buyers. The White Diamonds are usually not good quality when Misty says they are. Misty is my favorite as she has personality, however doesn't speak proper English. Prices change constantly and shipping is high. I love JTV but in many ways I'm very disappointed too.

Okay, the jewelery I have gotten has been pretty decent. Your not going to get top of the line best designer jewelry here. If you want that jewelry you should have the money for it. (I don't, that's why I like JTV.) So far I have no real quality complaints. Only one time did a braclet fall apart on me, and two of the rings - out of maybe 12 total pieces- though they did look like the picture, just didn't meet my expectations. Which is okay. I'm picky and I know it. My issues are in that when I got behind on a couple payments, I gave them a newly opened credit card that I opened for an emergency I had at the time, expecting them to only take one payment each on three pieces I was still paying. Well they took all of them. Thank God the card had enough to cover the original reason I opened it up, but that really messed me up as I wasn't prepared for that. It maxed it and docked my credit rating pretty hard. Made it so I couldn't get a consolidated card. The other issue I have is that I never received any cert of authenticity with my jewelry. I can tell it is what it says as my diamond sparkles my moissanite does to, and you can tell the difference side by side only. They pass the hardness and temp test. Plus the silver rings I have polish up easly and I hardly ever have to polish them. My diamond ring consists of smaller diamonds in the band and I lost one right away. I didn't purchase the protection and I should have. Anyway, now that I find myself in a tight financial situation where I need gas money, I can't resell because I have no certificate of authenticity. Every time I mentioned this when I was discussing payments with them, I was completely ignored. They only focused on the date I could pay. This was about 1½ years ago and I have everything paid long ago. I'm so sick with it. I didn't really expect it to be an issue at the time because I always told myself, I'll get it next time I talk to them. I guess I had so much going on it ended up slipping my mind. I'm really upset about it because they should have answered me or discussed it the times I brought it up in either email or on the phone. Now so much time has passed, I would be pleasantly surprised if I can get a hold of those certificates of authenticity. I see they still have some of the jewelry I bought. Anyway, that's my experience with them and I hope it helps you navigate your choices. Btw, the pictures are just today and I wear these everyday. They still look good. They are definitely not wish knock offs like another reviewer left. I don't want to take away from her experience, but who knows if her real names is Karen or not.( PS this is about wish, I have gotten some quality off of wish, just not jewelry! And you really do need to read the descriptions and reviews. They usually give you a pretty accurate quality control. Know what you want and do research if it's electronics. Or you'll get stuck with low quality. There hard drives are phenomenal as far as bang for your buck.)

Couple years ago I brought this pendant from jtv 4/10/21 is day I wore it
Upon looking at it good I noticed the quality gets a big fat F the pendant is not aligned up right. Ithought I was tripping thought my mind was playing tricks on me, Until I had lunch with a friend all of sudden she lean in toward me she said pretty pendant but is not line up right. She notice it too I took it off at that point. It is a pretty pendant that can I never rock it again. Pay attention to the jerwerly always return it if you don't like I am stuck with it had it since 2018 never wore til 2021. I still will shop with them i will just pay close attention before I trash the receipt.

I have NEVER received any type of cash bonus. People that have been a client for even 3 days get bonus's. Gifts.

I just received a Tehya Oyama Turquoise, Kingman Turquoise ring, with Cultured Freshwater Pearl, 18k Gold Over Brass Ring. It's pretty. Upon opening the box, there was a little tag on the ring with a bar code displaying the item # and China. What does this ring have to do with China?! It's suppose to be a Turquoise stone from the Kingman mines, in Arizona?! Which are now closed. Did they have to send the ring to China for the freshwater pearls? My last purchase.

I used to buy a lot of gemstones and gem kits from JTV -- but took a break for a while - and when I returned to check them out, what a disappointing change! The station that I once trusted is pushing cheap, cheap, cheap jewelry with fake gemstones or really cloudy diamonds in sterling or 10k gold - like this stuff is the best thing since sliced bread. Come on now - not everything is "rare" or "gorgeous"!

I don't know what happened to the gemstone shows (I think they've moved them online) but the last time I tried to check them out online, there were so many technical issues that they had to cancel the show. I used to trust their gemstone experts and now these folks are hawking cheap, common gemstone jewelry.

I've been shopping with JTV for many years. I used to be very happy with my purchases. I believe that they have gone to mostly selling close outs and there-in lies the problem with quality. When another company sells their product to JTV, it's for a reason, possibly costumers complained about stones falling out or metal tarnishing so they pulled it off the market and are trying to recoup some money by selling it to JTV below cost. Also, I found a link once online that said what JTV employees pay for their jewelry. It's like 10% above cost. The mark up at JTV is still incredibly high. They say it's not but it is. Also, I'm so over most of the hosts. How is Wendy a host? Nepitism is rampant at JTV if she left her cushy job as an attorney to become a host and people complain left and right about her voice. What about Sherree? That woman gives SNL more material than politicians. If Mandy says: with a great pair of earrings you can rule the world" one more time, I'm going to put on my earrings and run for president. She talks about money and appearance more than most. Shallow. I wear jewelry because I like it, not to appear as something I'm not. Mandy described Bella "Looche" earrings as having updated "enclosures". Seriously? More than one time she said this. Its hard to shop with people who dont even hear what they are saying. Do the earrings need to be caged? Come on Tim... please get hosts that appeal to the majority AND know what they are saying. And what exactly is Lauren doing with her tongue during closeups while modeling? She looks like a snake or lizzard. Very odd. Not sure many of your host or models would ever be hired at another network. Where do you find these people?

I land on the JTV channel for mindless viewing when CNN and MSNCB has commercials. I think SNL, if they haven't already, should do a comedy sketch on the hosts of JTV as there is so much material to work with:^). I'm in agreement with you in regards to hawking their religious artifacts. But then again they are based in Tennessee and you know how much country folk love their superstitious myths. Lol. I have to laugh when one of the hosts say that I need to get one of their jewelry pieces in my life. I talk back and say " I'm picking up the phone now"."I'm dialing". When of course I'm not. Lol. Over all I enjoy watching the show as I find the different personalities interesting as they have some heavy hitters. Sad though that there are so many whose addiction they are feeding. What I wish though is that they would say an item is $100.00 and none of this $99.99 bs. Lol. Say it! IT'S A HUNDRED DOLLARS! Lol

I have received a lot of items from them and they were usually nice but then I started seeing those charges in my account! When I called them they said that those were "ghost charges" and they'll drop! Hmmm
Also I caught hosts exaggerating the facts about gems and "values" to sell more items! One host even said that "Amber was rare" Really?

It has always been hit or miss with orders placed. I have purchased Bella Luce and returned it every time along with the Moissanite. I have gotten clean diamonds that were clear and beautiful and others that were below commercial grade. I am a fan of both Sharon and Misty. I watch Girlfriend Friday on occasion but if I have to hear that we are best friends in real life, we don't just play it on tv one more time, I am going to gag...

I have been shopping with JTV for years & can tell you it is a "Hit & Miss" with them. I have purchased over 25 or more silver (?) gemstone rings from them and was happy until recently I looked in my jewerly box & saw that 4 of the rings looked horrible, they now have a blackish coppery look to the silver & my 3 stone apatite one has the stones now looking cloudy too! Awful! I tried washing them in soap & water, Nothing... Then I used silver/gemstone cleaner, still nothing. They are JUNK & one was one of my favorite Peridot rings! I trusted JTV but now I feel dupped by them! SO disappointed... About the hosts, I personally love them all ( with the exception of one lady who gets on my nerves) but now I will not believe them any longer... So if you want take your chance with JYV ~ you may get a nice quality item OR a Cracker Jack item...

OMGOSH! I THE HOST, ESPECIALLY NIKKI R, GOES ON AND ON FOR 20 MIN BEFORE SHE SHOWS PRODUCT. I just want to yell please shut up! I don't care about the mines closing, i don't care how long you have been selling jewelry just show item describe it and go on!

I've been buying from JTV for about 4 years now. I have received some magnificent pieces, particularly in the moissanite line, so it's not been all bad. But one product comes to mind... I bought a 3ct princess cut moissanite ring in gold over about 2 years ago. Loved the ring and wore it a lot, yet was very careful with it. About 3 months ago, the band, setting and prongs started turning black with tarnish. I would bring it to the jeweler to have it cleaned and the next week the same thing would happen. He raved about the stone, so I decided to have him save the stone and design me the same ring, but in 14K gold. $3,000 later, it is a stunner of a ring now -- the stone should have been in solid gold to begin with. But I feel like I've been duped -- I paid about $700 for that gold over ring, that lasted all of 2 years. And if I couldn't have afforded to have a new ring created, I would have had to throw the ring in the trash. Costume jewelry lasts longer than that! I remember the old Monet gold chains that would stay as shiny as real gold for 20 years! My advice -- do not ever buy gold over anything from JTV -- unless you planning on purchasing a disposable product.

The pictures I've attached are regarding a purchase I made in April 2017. I posted a link to it that no longer works, but it was JTV Item BJO627. I returned it the next day and left a negative review on their website but JTV never posted it, which is why I posted here (with pics). I believe they sent me a used/returned item. This pendant had what appeared to be brown stains on several stones. It looked dirty and had no sparkle at all in any lighting. Coupled with that, the cheap, dull chain had a long gray hair interwoven through it. Ugh. Really!? Is there no QC before something ships out? And this pendant was so pretty, too (at least on TV it was!). Some of the reviews were positive... lucky them. Sigh.

In July 2016, I sent back a beautiful bracelet because the clasp was so cheap (JTV Item BJK401W). The bracelet felt like it would fall off... and for $99 on sale, the quality did NOT warrant such a ridiculously high price!

In March 2017, I purchased earrings on sale for $19.99 (JTV Item BJN220) and they were really beautiful! The stone was a good size and they have brilliant sparkle with a beautiful back design as well... similar to Vanna K's Bella Luce Item VKB578, but at a much better price.

So... it's definitely a hit and miss on what you will receive with Bella Luce!

Tip for consumers:
When they are doing a show on any item, I'm sure they have it in the best lighting possible, so it always looks great, and they will rave and rave and rave about the beauty and the quality, but just remember.... they are in the business of selling, which means pushing and pushing to make a sale at any cost. It's one of the reasons I find it so entertaining how over exaggerated and fake the hosts are (some waaay worse than others) all to push the sale of something one really doesn't need! LOL

While I like their merchandise, I am very upset that shipping is always late and merchandise often arrives broken due to poor packaging. But worse, I learned this week that their auction site isn't what it should be. I bid on an item on two different days. One bid was higher than the other. I was then sent a letter that they "ran out of inventory" and couldn't fill the purchase for the item with the lower bid, even though that was the before the higher bid. In short, they ran out in reverse order... more like dollor order.
