I never know when I order something if it will come undamsged or with loose stones. My biggest disappointment was a tanzanite ring in 10k gold. Paid over $800. Took it to 2 different jewelers for appraisal. Both of them said it was a stimulant and if it was real it wouldn't be set in 10k gold. Called customer service to complain. They wanted me to send it back to have their appraisers verify it was real. Of course I would have to pay for the appraisal.
