Great service from the company. Cheryl contacted me right away to inform me that the merchandise might or might not be delivered before the time frame I needed. They did come through. I received the product on Dec. 23rd right before Christmas Eve!

Thank you for the 20% discount offered for this great holiday gift! These earrings were a gift to myself and I had hoped to receive them before departing for holiday travel. A J. R. Dunn rep called me with notification that the item was not in stock and might be delivered late, which I understood. However, they did arrive before I left and were sent special delivery. I'm amazed at the personal customer service provided by J. R. Dunn and will shop with you again.

Excellent product but I ordered on December 10th thinking it would be plenty of time to arrive before Christmas but I didn't get until the 28th. It wasn't clear on the website that it wouldn't arrive in time. No other complaints.
So far so good. If product is as advertised I will be very happy. You seem to be a quality dealer with fair prices.
As stated previously, except that they were smaller than expected every thing was perfect.

I liked the courtesy call I got, since the band I had ordered was not in stock. The clerk found me the perfect red band to replace it with.
The website is very easy to use. The product is of very high quality. The delivery system set up is fantastic because, not only is the product delivered on time, a signature is required for security reasons.

I purposely had the package sent to a friend's house so the recipient would not see the package. The addressee was changed by you, my name was taken off the package and my friend's was put on the package, which then caused them to open the package. A card was sent to my address discuss the purchase, the recipient then saw the card and who it was from and knew the gift was coming. The card ruined the surprise and does not serve any purpose.
