The earrings I wanted weren't actually in stock when I ordered, so I had to wait a bit for them to be received from Gucci and shipped to me; however, the representative who worked to get my order fulfilled (Nina) was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. It made the overall experience surprisingly stress-free (compared to my usual experience handling shipping delays with other retailers).
I didn't find the chat experience helpful nor the difficulty in paying with the loan but that could honestly be user error!
