I am not very good at buying online with figuring out size of items the first time so I like the return policy. Very easy. The price was great the product was smaller then anticipated but they worked out.
I like it up until it I let them know I moved and had to change the address and they told me it still ship same day and then waited an extra week, then it was still shipped to the wrong address

This would have been a great experience except for the fact that there was a delay due to the fact that you had to order the strap, and that was not communicated to me. In fact, I found out the status of the order when I checked it online and had a live chat. So it took and extra 10 days to get delivered.
The packaging was nice, and the band is really pretty.
I canceled my order after receiving notification that the delivery date would be delayed. I have ordered previously from this merchant with very positive experience.
