I didn't expect to get as wonderful customer service as I did with my experience in buying a special gift for my husband. I had ordered a special bracelet that he had wanted (and with a special promotion price), was very happy, and excited to receive his gift by his birthday. But when the pkg arrived, it had been tampered with, and the item missing! I contacted JRDunn, and they were wonderful in making sure I was secure in knowing they would handle the situation-order a new bracelet for me, and had it shipped overnight, with it's special gift wrapping and bday note :)) Would def buy again from them, and love that it is a family business, who really care about their customers, new and old, and treat with respect.
