Easy Process - However, it was difficult to utilize the point system for a discount. When I tried to use the discount codes online, the website deducted the points from my account but never gave the discount. Please look into this...I basically lost all the points.
Shipping - The final issue was the shipping. The earrings were packed very well sealed multiple times, however the candy was not packed well. The glass/acrylic lid and sides were broken into pieces that fell into the candy itself, destroying the candy. For promos with delicate items, it should have been packed inside a box like the earrings. The acrylic was damaged and candy had to be thrown away.

Their service was fine but I should have aware of the problem of putting them on. Each time I try it seems to get harder. The last two days I gave up.
Great service, item i originally ordered was out of stock and they gave me recommendation of another earring which i am more than happy with.
This is not the item that was delivered yesterday. Delivery yesterday the 8th was for a pair of earrings to wear with the necklace.
I had to return the item as it was too big, however, I haven't received a refund yet.
