Great customer service- I was notified the minute I placed my order that the item was not in stock but they would special order it and request delivery that week in time for mother days which was that Saturday. The necklace arrived on Thursday and they overnight shipped it to arrive to my mom in time for the holiday and it was beautifully packed and even arrived with a gift from sugarfina. Will definitely shop again.
I emailed with Steve Pryor regarding my 10% as a new member/customer. He got it set up immediately. I was able to make my purchase using Affirm, I had used them one time before on a different site. However was excited to see that you were offering there option for purchase. So far so GREAT, now just get my item shipped.
When I got my shipment it was wrapped so well. I think I opened, a box, an envelope, another box, and then to my item. In a beautiful package. It was a classic but awesome.

Not what I expected. $580 was way overpriced for what I received. Brilliance in reality was no where near the brilliance in the pictures. Size of the cross was indeed TINY. Perhaps the dimensions were listed of the cross itself but didn't see them. Will not be buying a piece of jewelry on line again.
