My wife always loves the gifts I have purchased for her from your website. When one of the larger pieces had a problem, it was repaired. I try to keep my eye on various items and have purchased certain ones in advance of an event: birthday or anniversary for example. I have two rings now tucked away for an August birtthday and wedding anniversary. I know she will be pleased and surprised. Haven't gone wrong yet with a purchase from J. R. Dunn.

Item was originally out of stock. I received personal service to try accommodate my decision to cancel or proceed with order. Sales person was understanding and not pushy. Decided to proceed with order and it arrived much sooner than estimated. Necklace is beautiful and my wife wears it every day. I will definitely use JR Dunn again.
