JR Dunn advertises on south fla Radio's and take pride how they built the company based on great customer service.
I contacted Sales Representative Christina as I had purchased a brand new Rolex Yatchmaster 5 years ago.
Right now there's a promotion 5 years interested FREE, I was looking for a particular BREITLINg (Green Dial) 8,100 MRSP.
Christina advised me it would be 8100 I am like I am returning customer can I get a better price?
Christina was like no Full Price, I am like how about discount me 1100 I would put down 1000-2000 deposit Finance me 5,000 and make it 5 years interest FREE.
To my Dismay I was Declined, I am k.
Very Disappointed how Management would not accept a 10/15% off MSRP.
I ended up buying a Breitling the following day at SEYbold building.
I feel bad for Christina as it is not her Fault, never again would I ever recommend or shop at JR Dunn.

This ring was a gift for my fiance. He loves the ring! The transaction was simple, fast, and efficient. As an out of state customer, the communication was on a personal level. The discount was perfect- not an easy find to receive 20% off on John Hardy. Thank you. We will purchase again!
I was a little worried about purchasing and expensive piece of jewelry via the internet. In speaking with Steve I felt comfortable doing business with J.R. Dunn. He stated if I was not happy with my purchase I could return it with out occurring shipping or restocking fees. I received in the time frame that Steve promised. J.R. Dunn will receive my business for future jewelry purchases.
My wife always loves the gifts I have purchased for her from your website. When one of the larger pieces had a problem, it was repaired. I try to keep my eye on various items and have purchased certain ones in advance of an event: birthday or anniversary for example. I have two rings now tucked away for an August birtthday and wedding anniversary. I know she will be pleased and surprised. Haven't gone wrong yet with a purchase from J. R. Dunn.
I also am very appreciative of the weekly help for animals in shelters - letting all my friends and family know as I am sure this will be a signifcant factor for them to do their shopping - apart from the lovely selection you have. Thank you
It took an unusually long time t receive the order. My big challenge is that thuogh the design is visually pleasing, it is asymmetrical which causes a rather large chunk of the silver to settle on bone. It's almost as if the designer never actually wore the final product.
I am not sure what to do next.
Cheryl Pracker was a great help to me in making the decision to buy, on getting the proper bracelet size and in keeping me advised of the delivery process. Originally did not order because of requirement to sign for delivery, which is difficult for me. Was told that I could pickup from UPS store. When i picked up my order I had to pay $10. I would never have ordered if I had known that. Love the necklace, but not John Hardy's delivery policy.

I hate that someone has to be there to sign for the package.
To afford something like this I have to have a job and can't be at home all day waiting. I realize the risks leaving it out but I don't live in a neighborhood and people don't come up to my door without a reason.
Give me the option for no signature required delivery.

Initial comments...I've never shopped at this website and will delay judgement until contents arrive. I do not like the idea of keeping my credit card on file.
Post experience...I couldn't find the bracelet in the type of beads my wife desired and had practically given up until I found JR Dunn via Google. I made a mistake in the ordering of the gift and JR Dunn's customer service team quickly corrected my error.
The product came in a couple of days disguised as a box containing a book etc. with several plain boxes within. Attached to the bracelet package was a handwritten note of thanks (a lost art and a nice touch!)
My wife loved the bracelet and I've become a customer of JR Dunn!

Business History
While at IBM, Jim met his future wife, Ann Marie Pelliccia, who was working as an executive secretary. Like Jim, she was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She was 10 years old when her family immigrated to this country from Italy. It didn’t take long for Ann Marie to master the English language and become the interpreter for her father’s cabinet-making business. She went to work every day after school with her father from age 11 until she graduated high school. Soon after, she joined the team at IBM. “It was IBM that helped us forge our philosophies about customer service and business ethics,” said Ann Marie.
The couple married in 1969 and together decided to take a chance by starting a jewelry business. With their savings of $10,000, the couple purchased a small house in Hanover, MA and converted it into their first jewelry store, The House of Gems.
During the first year, their store was burglarized and every piece of jewelry was taken, including customers’ repairs. To make matters worse, the Dunns were in between insurance policies. The couple went from door to door informing and reassuring each client that their prized possessions would be replaced. Ann Marie and Jim paid for the stolen jewelry out of their own pockets to preserve their reputation of integrity and trust.
Word spread when the couple made good on their promise, and business began to grow by leaps and bounds. The House of Gems soon outgrew its tiny location. Jim and Ann Marie relocated the store to a nearby mall in South Weymouth, MA and changed the name to J.R. Dunn Jewelers, emphasizing the importance of the family-owned and operated business.
In 1978 the couple relocated to South Florida and opened a small jewelry boutique, serving a select clientele by appointment only. This is when the Dunns were fortunate enough to have 18-year-0ld Robert Pelliccia, Ann Marie’s brother, come on board at the age of 18 and eventually start creating one-of-a-kind custom creations for their discerning clients. It didn’t take long for J.R. Dunn Jewelers to outgrow its location once again; that brought about the monumental decision to purchase a 6,000 square-foot building on Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
Today, J.R. Dunn Jewelers has expanded to 8,000-square-feet showroom in Lighthouse Point and is an Official Rolex Jeweler conveniently located between Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale just and just under an hour from Miami.
