Very good selection and price, plus great service. Someone answered as soon as I called on Saturday, clarified a product question, confirmed the discount, and then I got an email encouraging me to call or chat if I had any questions. Really held my hand PLUS best price.

Cheryl emailed me when my first purchase didn't go through. And she was very nice sending me pictures of the pearls so I made my mind to upgrade with a larger pearl strand. Enjoyed the shopping experience and looking forward to see my beautiful mikimoto set!

Good experience..

Good experience. Website did state that in stock items were 20% off... I did not receive the 20% off. Talked live with customer rep who stated the ring I ordered was in stock and should apply but if not he is not sure why. Any feedback would be appreciated...

Wonderful experience overall

Wonderful experience overall. Good product and price. Helpful staff when called for assistance. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered in the 2 day window as stated so it was late for my boyfriends birthday so I purchased something else that he could open the day of his birthday.

Was told after purchasing online on 3/29, that the item was not in stock and would be mid-April before I received them (I was okay with this). Then received email stating Mikimoto stores closed and estimate opening in May and I would receive earrings 1-2 weeks after that. No options offered until I asked to be provided with them and unacceptable alternative items not even close to the original ordered items. The earring purchase was approx. $6,900. I am disappointed in the overall purchase experience as I've made many online purchases without any issues other than a few day delay in delivery. I'm still hopeful there will be a satisfactory resolution.

I ordered a men's g shock watch which says it ships in 24 hours, I get an email saying it's not even In your show room! Don't advertise something you don't have! Second, you order it from someone else for me which is fine, but I never received anything about it's shipping progress or if it's even been processed! I ordered August 24 it's now Sept 13 with no word on ANYTHING. I email saying if u haven't heard anything by now I'd just like my money back. Before the rep even waits for a response back from me to confirm she cancels my order and says I'll have to reorder! I've never had a worse experience than I have with jr Dunn! I will never do buisness with them again.

I had been looking at this watch band on the Michele website contemplating ordering it to find one day that it was gone. I really wanted it before the holidays so I did a search for it and JR Dunn had the best price compared to the department stores so I ordered it. It was an easy process and a quick delivery. It is my favorite watch band so far and I have many. I just love this one.

Great service here! I was a little sketchy about ordering online, but they had the watch I wanted. I used their online chat feature and Steve was beyond helpful. What was neat, when I called in the store to verify the information obtained was legit, I actually spoke with Steve. He made the transaction smooth and effortless.

Great customer service

Great customer service. When ordered placed, immediately received an email thanking me for the purchase. Shortly after that, another email arrived stating that the item was temporarily out of stock, but would be delivered no later than Dec. 21, and would that be acceptable to me. It was fine with me, and the order was received several days prior to that date.

Cheryl Pracker responded to questions I had emailed almost immediately with professionalism and thoroughness. I needed 2 send it back because the chain was too short. It is being lengthened or 20". It's been over 2 weeks & I have not received it back yet, nor did I receive a return confirmation or an expected re-receive date. In the mean time I got my credit card statement for the bill. I called the credit card company 7/17/17 & explained the situation that I did not have the merchandise. They said they would contact JR Dunn & adjust my bill to give me more time to receive it back & make sure it is good before paying.

Somewhat disappointed in the bracelet scale

Somewhat disappointed in the bracelet scale. I returned it but kept the necklace. I did however buy a new chain because the chain that was included was really tiny and cheap looking. The ideas and concept of dog fever is great but needs some tweaking.

My overall experience was exceptional. Shortly after purchase, I was contacted by JR Dunn customer service rep, Steve Pryor for specifics on how I wanted the package wrapped, and a specific date for delivery so the the gift recipient wouldn't spoil her surprise by intercepting the delivery. It worked out perfectly and I was really impressed with JR Dunn's level of customer care. I'll be shopping here frequently. Thanks!
