I absolutely love my Lana hoop earrings!

I absolutely love my Lana hoop earrings! I was shopping around Nordstrom and Saks but J.R. Dunn had the best price. Their customer service was amazing and the delivery was quick. This was my second purchase from J.R.Dunn and I was extremely satisfied both times. Will definitely shop here again!

You can never go wrong with John Hardy's jewelry. And through J. R. Dunn, I received these earrings on SALE. I am very pleased with the service from J. R. I was extremely pleased and assured with J.R. Dunn's communication with me throughout my purchasing process, as I live in and was shipping to Nebraska. They did not have the product in store, and so immediately contacted me to let me know that they were ordering directly through the designer and I would have a minimal shipping delay. J.R. Dunn made me feel very confident in purchasing jewelry from them and I will definitely use their services again, as well as recommend J.R. Dunn each opportunity that I have. Thank you, J.R. I purchased the bracelet because J.R. Dunn had the best pricing. There were questions about whether it would make it on time and Cheryl with Dunn was very helpful following up with me and assuring me that I'd have the item in time for Christmas. It ended up arriving WELL before I needed it, which was great. Would definitely shop with Dunn again.

Excellent customer service
December 14, 2018

Excellent customer service. Addressed all my questions to convert pierced earrings to clip earrings. The earrings were delivered in a laptop size box with an enclosed box. I really appreciated being asked to sign for the delivery. The merchandise looked as beautiful as displayed on the internet.

This was a gift from my dad for my mom that I (their daughter) ordered on his behalf. He called and dealt with the business personally and said they were amazing. They looked out for my order and called him back when they got it. They were very on top of the whole situation.

Easy Process

Easy Process - However, it was difficult to utilize the point system for a discount. When I tried to use the discount codes online, the website deducted the points from my account but never gave the discount. Please look into this...I basically lost all the points.

Shipping - The final issue was the shipping. The earrings were packed very well sealed multiple times, however the candy was not packed well. The glass/acrylic lid and sides were broken into pieces that fell into the candy itself, destroying the candy. For promos with delicate items, it should have been packed inside a box like the earrings. The acrylic was damaged and candy had to be thrown away.

J.R. Dunn remembers you and puts you on their client list. I have received personal emails and once they agreed to apply a discount that normally was only available to in stock items, because an item had gone out of stock after I ordered it. They honored the discount because I was a repeat customer. They carry the top brands and have access to beautiful fine jewelry from independent designers.

The thing I like most is that your customer service ~ Nina, contected me immediately due to unavailable size of the item I purchased. This kept me from waiting too long cause I would like my husband to get the gift before Valentine's Day. And the John Hardy leather bracelet is gorgeous, my husband loves it very much! Would definitely recommend to others.

I Ordered a Pen, that so happened to be out of Stock. I received an Email from Cheryl letting me know that the pen was out of stock, but she suggested a couple other options. We chose one we thought we liked and it was here within a week. Over all the Service provided by Cheryl was quick and helpful.

Your customer service was excellent. Best price around. The packaging was beautiful and the shipping was unbelievably quick.

I worked with a lovely customer service rep. Named Nina. She's absolutely amazing. She called me to make sure it was alright that the bracelet had to be special ordered, I called her to give her an alternate address, and she called me when my bracelet shipped. Nina was a extremely kind and incredibly helpful throughout my experience.

I'm sorry to say, but it seems every time I order there is always some type of glitch.
You say available for immediate delivery and then I get notice that the last one is sold or say you have the size I need, but then when I order it's not available!
I have not given up ordering with you at this point.

I went to the site because they carried a ring I was looking for as a gift. The site offered free overnight shipping, but the promo code did not work. They also offered a 10% off first customer discount, but the promo code did not work as well. I waited a week and a half for ground shipping only to receive the item that was not the correct size. Return policy is terrible, if I am spending over $300 they should offer free returns and assist through the process. I contacted Customer Service only to never receive a follow up. It was a gift and the receiver decided they still liked it so I didn't opt to return.

I lost a treasured necklace and replaced it with J.R. Dunn's special offer on the same necklace! Yay!

After a few weeks, I still love my John Hardy necklace. I do wish the clasp was larger. It can be difficult to secure the necklace and to take it off. I think I lost the first one because I didn't get the clasp securely closed at the back of my neck. I don't have this problem with my other JH necklaces.
