Ordered same necklace from Neiman Marcus, received wrong necklace and wrong initial. Called and they told me in the time they screwed up they product was discontinued and sold out! Found it on your website, called to make sure you had it and you were already pulling it off the shelf for me! Thank you! Your necklace was also sent in MUCH better packaging than theirs!

Great customer service

Great customer service,
I had purchased something a couple months ago but I didn't love it.
I returned right away. I was so impressed with the fast handling of my return and refund.
A couple of weeks ago I looked again for something special.
I found a beautiful pair of earrings from my favorite designer. John Hardy.
I bought them right away.
I love to go to the stores to see the jewelry in person, but since I'm in Pa, this worked great.
I highly recommend J.R Dunn!

J. R. Dunn is a very professional business. Their website is well maintained, their staff are eager and ready to help with any questions that you may have, and they go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to COVID there was a delay in my order of about three months, but J. R. Dunn made sure to send me email updates and even suggested other similar items in case I didn't want to wait. They even waited to charge me for my items until it was closer to the time that they would ship, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend J. R. Dunn.

I ordered a bracelet for my wife and we both came to pick it up. Unfortunately, I picked a wrong size and we had to reorder a bigger size. I could see a glance of disappointment in my wife's eyes and we decided just look around the store. Such a nice store with variety of jewelry, beautiful styles, good value and the fair prices. We switched to Dimond stud earrings instead and my wife looked soooo much happier then. She found what she really wanted. Thank you J.R. Dunn Jewelers for such a wonderful experience!

Astounded that you would send me this survey

Astounded that you would send me this survey. Just reflects a large disconnect. Ordered a bracelet that has the notation "Ships in 24 hours". 3 days later notified that JRDunn has to order from the manufacturer, and may be shipped to me within the next 3 weeks. Then, notified that JRDunn cannot get the bracelet-not only did they not have it, but they cannot get it. Even better, as I write this, the identical bracelet is on the JRDunn site, still noted "Ships in 24 hours". Wow
Brave of you to send me a survey, or, more likely, just a reflection of a bit of a disconnect. I'm sure you're all nice folks, but as a business, not impressed. Sorry

The only concern I had (and would have with any other independent company online) was the security of my payment without having the product in hand. If you had a means of guaranteeing payment security until product is received, it would eliminate any concern. That was the only reason I answered 4 stars instead of 5 in that category. Great overall buying experience!

The only feedback I have is to not completely detail what the item is on the customs form. The form is displayed on the outside of the package, so everyone who handled it knew that there was a Gucci money clip on the inside. I'm not too worried about anyone going out of their way to steal a money clip, but if it had been something more valuable, it would help to not describe it in such great detail. Customs does not care if you put "personal item" as the description. Everything else was great!

You had the necklace in stock and you shipped it out right away. Nothing was damaged in shipping but the box had a big hole in it. Just so you know for the future to pack the items a little better I love love love my necklace this is the most I've ever spent on a piece of jewelry but I love it.
