I have been looking for this ring for a long time. I have had the same ring for several years and wanted one for my sister. Would prefer it in the the all silver if possible in the size 8. The live chat told me to put that here. Thank you.
Ordered same necklace from Neiman Marcus, received wrong necklace and wrong initial. Called and they told me in the time they screwed up they product was discontinued and sold out! Found it on your website, called to make sure you had it and you were already pulling it off the shelf for me! Thank you! Your necklace was also sent in MUCH better packaging than theirs!

Their website is well maintained, their staff are eager and ready to help with any questions that you may have, and they go the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to COVID there was a delay in my order of about three months, but J. R. Dunn made sure to send me email updates and even suggested other similar items in case I didn't want to wait. They even waited to charge me for my items until it was closer to the time that they would ship, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend J. R. Dunn.

Great individuals to speak with (Steve and Nina). Steve was very helpful in Nina's absence, as I had dealt with her on a previous order. He was kind enough to explain some details regarding the watch, as well as offer a small discount on the model, because I was not able to use my gift card on the order.
I ordered a bracelet for my wife and we both came to pick it up. Unfortunately, I picked a wrong size and we had to reorder a bigger size. I could see a glance of disappointment in my wife's eyes and we decided just look around the store. Such a nice store with variety of jewelry, beautiful styles, good value and the fair prices. Astounded that you would send me this survey. Just reflects a large disconnect. Ordered a bracelet that has the notation "Ships in 24 hours". 3 days later notified that JRDunn has to order from the manufacturer, and may be shipped to me within the next 3 weeks. Then, notified that JRDunn cannot get the bracelet-not only did they not have it, but they cannot get it. Even better, as I write this, the identical bracelet is on the JRDunn site, still noted "Ships in 24 hours". Wow

I was very pleased with how smooothly things went and how PROMPTLY my order came...earlier than I expected. The packaging was beautiful. Most of all, the follow up from customer service has been very impressive. I will definitely use this company again.

The only concern I had (and would have with any other independent company online) was the security of my payment without having the product in hand. If you had a means of guaranteeing payment security until product is received, it would eliminate any concern. That was the only reason I answered 4 stars instead of 5 in that category. Great overall buying experience!

I was very pleased with my shopping experience with J.R. Dunn. I ordered an item as a gift for Christmas and the customer service representative was very courteous and extremely helpful. They also made sure to take extra efforts to make sure the gift arrived in time for the holidays.
This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from J.R. Dunn. Excellent service, excellent quality and fair prices. I was kept informed of a slight delay, and the one item that was no longer available. This is one of my favorite online companies. Class act all the way. I'll be back!
The only feedback I have is to not completely detail what the item is on the customs form. The form is displayed on the outside of the package, so everyone who handled it knew that there was a Gucci money clip on the inside. I'm not too worried about anyone going out of their way to steal a money clip, but if it had been something more valuable, it would help to not describe it in such great detail. Customs does not care if you put "personal item" as the description. Everything else was great!
You had the necklace in stock and you shipped it out right away. Nothing was damaged in shipping but the box had a big hole in it. Just so you know for the future to pack the items a little better I love love love my necklace this is the most I've ever spent on a piece of jewelry but I love it.

Business History
While at IBM, Jim met his future wife, Ann Marie Pelliccia, who was working as an executive secretary. Like Jim, she was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She was 10 years old when her family immigrated to this country from Italy. It didn’t take long for Ann Marie to master the English language and become the interpreter for her father’s cabinet-making business. She went to work every day after school with her father from age 11 until she graduated high school. Soon after, she joined the team at IBM. “It was IBM that helped us forge our philosophies about customer service and business ethics,” said Ann Marie.
The couple married in 1969 and together decided to take a chance by starting a jewelry business. With their savings of $10,000, the couple purchased a small house in Hanover, MA and converted it into their first jewelry store, The House of Gems.
During the first year, their store was burglarized and every piece of jewelry was taken, including customers’ repairs. To make matters worse, the Dunns were in between insurance policies. The couple went from door to door informing and reassuring each client that their prized possessions would be replaced. Ann Marie and Jim paid for the stolen jewelry out of their own pockets to preserve their reputation of integrity and trust.
Word spread when the couple made good on their promise, and business began to grow by leaps and bounds. The House of Gems soon outgrew its tiny location. Jim and Ann Marie relocated the store to a nearby mall in South Weymouth, MA and changed the name to J.R. Dunn Jewelers, emphasizing the importance of the family-owned and operated business.
In 1978 the couple relocated to South Florida and opened a small jewelry boutique, serving a select clientele by appointment only. This is when the Dunns were fortunate enough to have 18-year-0ld Robert Pelliccia, Ann Marie’s brother, come on board at the age of 18 and eventually start creating one-of-a-kind custom creations for their discerning clients. It didn’t take long for J.R. Dunn Jewelers to outgrow its location once again; that brought about the monumental decision to purchase a 6,000 square-foot building on Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
Today, J.R. Dunn Jewelers has expanded to 8,000-square-feet showroom in Lighthouse Point and is an Official Rolex Jeweler conveniently located between Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale just and just under an hour from Miami.
