A great purchase experience! My ring was a gift from my husband and it is absolutely beautiful! I can't stop staring at it. The delivery was exceptional as well. My ring was securely and discretely packaged. I'll definitely be purchasing more jewelry from JR Dunn.

The website was very easy to use, and the customer service was amazing. They had to order the item I wanted because they didn't have it in stock, but they sent regular e-mail updates to let me know where we were in the process. They received my item very quickly and got it to me within 2 days after they received it.

Some where you need to make it optional to require a signature to receive your items. I never require a signature on something worth a few hundred dollars. And would like ability to opt out of this requirement based on my needs.

I have been to the store numerous times in Lighthouse Point. John Hardy selection is second to none. Have bought many items on line as well. Always the best price. Thank you Michele and Sheri Pracker!

Timely, secure, and discreet packaging. I also think that your geography helped as I am a resident of Palm Beach County just north of you. This gave me more confidence that if I needed to return the item (especially if an online retailer was giving the run-a-round) I knew it would be easier. You exceeded my expectations (granted I wasn't sure what to expect).

I hadn't heard of JR Dunn prior to this purchase so was slightly hesitant to order a piece of jewelry but they offered 15% off the first order and free overnight delivery so I went for it- couldn't be more pleased - everything exactly as expected. I will use them again.

I was very pleased with my purchase from JR Dunn. I received my John Hardy bracelet even before the day it was to be delivered. The packaging was more than sufficient. I had to sign for the package which I really like. I'm very pleased. Will buy again soon.

This was my second or third purchase with J.R. Dunn. Every experience i have had with this jeweler has been second to none. They offer exceptional customer service, fast shipping and are available to answer any questions or address any concerns.

The earrings I wanted weren't actually in stock when I ordered, so I had to wait a bit for them to be received from Gucci and shipped to me; however, the representative who worked to get my order fulfilled (Nina) was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. It made the overall experience surprisingly stress-free (compared to my usual experience handling shipping delays with other retailers).

I am not very good at buying online with figuring out size of items the first time so I like the return policy. Very easy. The price was great the product was smaller then anticipated but they worked out.

The Amazon payment makes it very secure in my view.
The only drawback in my instance is a delay of just about two weeks on processing the order. It turns out the delay was a normal thing but lack of update or information about the delay caused some concern on my part.

I have happily purchased from your company before, however, I am not going to keep these earrings. They are too difficult for my arthritic hands to fasten. They are also too big in circumference for me.

I bought this watch for my son who is in the Marines as a gift. When I purchased it they sent me an email stating it was not in stock but will be in, in about 3 weeks. I was fine with that and I received it faster than that. They were very professional on the phone and in email. I am very pleased with the packaging and how secure it was.

It was difficult to use the site over mobile and had to switch to computer. Could not get the 10% discount which would have helped with shipping. Don't offer discounts if they are not easy to attain. I do see Tacori items that aren't easy to find online in your shop, so thank you for that. Wife loves the gift.
