I placed an online order and recieved my order in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the product i recieved. I spoke with Steve about this issue and he immediately resolved it. I cant thank him and his team enough. Great customer service. Will definitely be ordering from JR Dunn in the future with piece of mind.

Originally I was apprehensive to invest in such a expensive purchase online; however, the quality and pricing were something our local jeweler could not match, particularly with regard to the tax on the purchase. We did our business research on J.R. Dunn, and combined with their easy return policy, we felt the risk of problems was low.(We did an initial return and it was easy!)

The online staff is highly responsive to questions, product information, and purchase options; they are articulate, friendly, and highly responsive to needs. Great experience, exceptional Mikimoto pearl necklace! Our newly graduated J.D. Was in tears with her gift! Thank you online, Steve and Cheryl!

Couldn't be happier

Couldn't be happier. This was my 2nd purchase of John Hardy jewelry from you and both have been excellent experiences. Can't say enough about Cheryl in customer service...she was a tremendous help. Most importantly, my wife is very excited about the John Hardy bracelet!

Sales associate reached out to me personally via email after I placed the order. It made the experience feel luxurious, much nicer than just getting and automated email. After I received my watch I wanted to get a second strap for it but couldn't find the one I wanted anywhere. I emailed the salesperson and she found the strap for me and sent it out. Overall a great experience and will shopping here again in the future!

Beautiful MarcoBicego bracelet. JR Dunn did a nice job to obtain the bracelet which was not in stock and have it delivered in time for my anniversary. It did require changing from 2 day to overnight delivery.

Everything the store did was perfect. I was just a little disappointed with the merchandise. It was smaller than I expected. I kept the earrings anyway. And, they will be worn. As usual, my experience with your website, was very good.

I see that my watch was sold to me for more, than the going price of 2195.And thats not including the interest. Experience was great

Experience was great. I sent an e-mail to make sure that the item I am asking for could be delivered before the end of the month for my engagement. I was connected with Steven Pryor who displayed the highest level of client service I have experienced in quite some time. He was extremely responsive and helpful and called the manufacturer to ensure that my timeline could be met.

I was so nervous to buy a piece of jewelry online and have it shipped but JR Dunn was extremely responsive and beyond helpful. They were very reassuring and made sure I got the exact size I needed as it wasn't listed on their site.

Not what I expected
May 20, 2018

Not what I expected. $580 was way overpriced for what I received. Brilliance in reality was no where near the brilliance in the pictures. Size of the cross was indeed TINY. Perhaps the dimensions were listed of the cross itself but didn't see them. Will not be buying a piece of jewelry on line again.

I have called repeatedly on the service phone line and the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message and no one answers. I have received a response from Cheryl P who says she sent me a RMA # and and return label and to check my emails for Sept 6. I did this in both emails in Junk, trash and regular. No return label no RMA # after 2 other emails I have received an RMA # with a message that I would be sent a return label in a few seconds. That was 7 am this morning and it is now after 5 pm. No return label. It s very frustrating for me and high labor on my part. Not to be recommended. The shipment out to me was beautiful. The return process absolutely sucks.

I received excellent service on an item (Michele watch band) that was initially unavailable after I ordered it and was promptly told it was out of stock and offered a 'certificate' to show it would soon be coming in case it was a gift and I wanted to give it to a recipient (it was for me!). It then arrived sooner than expected and I love it. Definitely will give my future business to JR Dunn! Thank you again.

I was a little hesitant buying high end jewelry on the internet. But I couldn't be happier with the results including a personal call to make sure that the order was complete with overnight shipping requiring a signature for insurance purposes. Will definitely make JR Dunn the first place I shop in the future!

Customer service was excellent! I dealt with Cheri Pracker via email. She was friendly, quick to respond to emails, answered all of my questions, and took care of everything (my watch was a special order item) with no problems. I have absolutely no reservations recommending J.R. Dunn...this place should be at the top of your list!

Great service from the company

Great service from the company. Cheryl contacted me right away to inform me that the merchandise might or might not be delivered before the time frame I needed. They did come through. I received the product on Dec. 23rd right before Christmas Eve!
