My shopping experience so far has been marvelous. I am satisfied with the items that I have purchased from J.R Dunn Jewelers. I am most definitely recommending my families and friends to shop at J.R Dunn Jewelers.

I purchased earrings for my niece's birthday and they weren't in stock. When I received the email saying they'd take 1-2 weeks to arrive I mentioned they were a gift and was hoping they'd arrive within 1 week. J.R. Dunn's representative said it couldn't be guaranteed but would do their best to expedite. And the earrings did arrive on her birthday and she says they're very special and beautiful:-)

We shopped around online and at other store front locations for our new Michele watch, and aside from the Michele website, JR Dunn was the only one to offer this particular style. JR Dunn also offered a better price. We are also happy that a portion of the payment was donated to a charity of our choice.

Easily done! Discount was very motivating. I was impressed that the delivery person checked to make sure I was home. The time of placing the order and receiving it was fast. The item was disguised in a larger package.

I am a repeat customer. Customer service is outstanding. I placed the order online, but it was easy to reach customer service about a query I had. They were very helpful, and the quality was as expected. Packaging was truly excellent.

The order was delivered to my daughter ( a gift) two weeks earlier than I had expected it to arrive, I was told it was coming from somewhere other than the store and they would place a note that it had to arrive by a certain date and it came 2 weeks early!

This would have been a great experience except for the fact that there was a delay due to the fact that you had to order the strap, and that was not communicated to me. In fact, I found out the status of the order when I checked it online and had a live chat. So it took and extra 10 days to get delivered.
The packaging was nice, and the band is really pretty.

Website did not state that the product was not in stock when I ordered it. The next day I received a nice email saying that it was not in stock, but would be ordered that day and it should take about 2 weeks for me to receive it. To my surprise, it arrived much sooner than that. I appreciated that someone took the time to send me a personal email to notify me of the delay.

The pic of item was deceitful. Item looked much small than it actually was which is what I was looking for. I am a petite woman and I find these a little too large for me. It was a final sale so I am stuck with them.

Very good and fast feedback regarding my questions, plus the sale price right now. I purchased a prior Roberto Coin necklace through JR Dunn and again the price and quality of the merchandise was excellent.

Great service! They kept me informed throughout the purchase. When they didn't have the strap I wanted with the watch they called and offered to ship the watch and give me the strap I wanted for free when it came in. Perfect experience and great financing. Definitely purchasing more jewelry in the future.

Shopping experience was good. Impressed with packaging used and security of shipment. Discount provided was also a deciding factor. Very impressed with the history of the business and that it is family owned.

Not a lot to opine on except the 'recipient' of the gift was ecstatic! Item purchased was well described, there was no attempt to steer me to other sku's. I consider the entire purchasing cycle with JR Dunn excellent and I will return to this Vendor again soon when 'needs require.'

Ordered ring Nov. 18. Needed ring by Nov. 24. Ring arrived on time. Unfortunately ring size was too large. Spoke to Steve Pryor about it. Steve said no problem. He emailed me a return label and said they would size ring at no charge. Excellent customer service.
