Lowest price with no sales tax make this a good buy. The only thing is there is no info on when the product is available on the website. I was informed that this product is not in stock after I have placed the order. Then we have to wait for manufacturer's reply on when product is avaialable. Perhaps you can state on your website that this is not an in-stock item and indicate when it will ship to manage customer expectations.

Perfect gift for our daughter on her 30 birthday. We live in Texas and she in California. Because of COVID we were unable to be with her on her special day. She loved the earrings and they even came a week early.

Your "continue shopping" button from shopping cart page would put you right back to the home page (NOT the last page you were viewing) - VERY frustrating navigation if you are buying multiple items from same designer/or same range. Also checkout kept failing until I realized I had not signed into my account (but there was specific reason given for the failure other than 'gateway' failure). I eventually figured it out (I supposed it was confused as my email was already in your system but I was just doing a regular guest check-out). Once i logged in there were still items listed from MONTHS ago in my shopping cart (when I was browsing. It then added these items to my new shopping cart items so I had to delete the old ones (sigh...) Your website needs more work.

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support. They have done a good job of communicating; one of my items is still backordered. And my overall experience is not rated as highly because one of the items I received was the incorrect item. I am still waiting for that correct item to be shipped. However, the return was handled quickly and smoothly.

I feel the photo of the ring I purchased was deceiving because the ring is actually much thinner and smaller than the photo would suggest. For that reason, I am disappointed with this purchase. I also thought delivery would have been a little faster.

I just had a hard day..

I just had a hard day.my phone lines are down, my cell not working correctly, and I did not know John Hardy Naga bracelet did not qualify for the "rush20" discount. It's also raining like crazy, my old back hurts more than usual, my 19 year old car needs gas if I can get it started, I'm low on medicine, some of my kids and grandkids
Can't make it here for Christmas, my old dog is getting fat, the phone repairman won't be here until late Wednesday, and I think I remember that I'm starting to forget things. But my dog still loves me.

I've ordered three times online from J.R

I've ordered three times online from J.R. Dunn. Each time the website said the item was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Each time the item was NOT in stock and had to be ordered; delivery was delayed by several days to several weeks. I had to call customer service to find out what was going on a particular item two times. I was not informed about a delay by J.R. Dunn or the jewelry company that was shipping the item to me until I called customer service. On another item, I could not apply my points online. I had to contact customer service again. I don't like the triple packaging on sent items. I got a big box (actually an envelope in a box in a box) for a pair of earrings! Ridiculous.
