Great experience with JR Dunn, I personally never have ordered from this store in the past, but the reviews is what pushed me to try it out, plus great percentage off deal was going on and I couldn't pass up the purchase of my Michele watch! Love it!

I received at least 3 emails about getting a 20% discount for my birthday but when I tried to use it it didn't work. Live Chat said I only got 10% on the piece. I have shopped before and got a 10% discount so I thought it was legitimate to expect the discount as advertised. I went ahead and bought the item but I probably shouldn't have because now I am not as satisfied..

The earrings are too too small! I want to return for larger John Hardy earrings. I have many of the Hardy pieces. I could not wear these very very small earrings. Looks like earrings for a seven year old. Ad misrepresents size.

I looked at this bracelet for a month and when I saw I could get a small I jumped. I have a very small wrist and this bracelet is beautiful and it is a perfect fit. I'm so in love with it and how fast you guys can ship!

The item that I purchased was allegedly new but appeared to be scratched on the surface. Instead of going through the hassle of returning it, I kept it, as it was not very noticeable, but it was disappointing, as I paid full price.

I purchased from your jeweler in lieu of John Hardy directly because of your 10% off coupon. John Hardy was offering free earrings but their bracelet was on back order until April. Your price was just better and the item was available now.
