The JR Dunn website is very easy to use. One of their sales personnel actually contacted me asking if I was interested in anything this time of year and asked if she could be of service. I had been looking at this necklace and she helped me with my order. Their staff is always helpful and I have never had a bad experience with them

Beautiful earrings, arrived securely and gently packaged, even earlier than expected. I love them and because they are gold, they don't hurt my ears even if I sleep in them! Just purchased an additional pair of similar earrings from you guys, and I'm sure the experience will be the same. Thank you!

Overall the process was very good. I did respond to my sales associate that the free candy gift was not included (he's looking into a replacement) and that the necklace should have been better secured in the box for shipment--it came to me all tangled and required a significant amount of time to get untangled (and would have been a disaster if I had given it to my wife that way).

I ordered a special bracelet that was going to take a little more time to get than I had planned. So they sent me a teddy bear with a picture of the bracelet for my wife to open on her birthday at no extra charge.
They put in extra effort to make the deal work. Thank you!

Item was originally out of stock. I received personal service to try accommodate my decision to cancel or proceed with order. Sales person was understanding and not pushy. Decided to proceed with order and it arrived much sooner than estimated. Necklace is beautiful and my wife wears it every day. I will definitely use JR Dunn again.

Probably should have disclosed that it wasn't in stock as the order form online talked about "get it by February 14" however, I understand that having these items on hand would not be cost effective from an overhead perspective.

Pretty easy. Wasn't clear on some of the combination options that you could pick an option where the strap was included vs having to buy separately. Would be nice to know all options when buying upfront.
