Excellent customer service. Addressed all my questions to convert pierced earrings to clip earrings. The earrings were delivered in a laptop size box with an enclosed box. I really appreciated being asked to sign for the delivery. The merchandise looked as beautiful as displayed on the internet.
I had a great experience. The order was slightly delayed due to the product not being in the showroom, but Nina was super communicative about the delay, and I received the order before my need-by date, so I'm satisfied. The necklace is becautiful; I can't wait to give it to my wife!
