As soon as I ordered a real person emailed me and I told her I needed it for my 8th anniversary 12/18. She made it happen. I couldn't get this service from the John hardy website! Thank you!

Astounded that you would send me this survey. Just reflects a large disconnect. Ordered a bracelet that has the notation "Ships in 24 hours". 3 days later notified that JRDunn has to order from the manufacturer, and may be shipped to me within the next 3 weeks. Then, notified that JRDunn cannot get the bracelet-not only did they not have it, but they cannot get it. Even better, as I write this, the identical bracelet is on the JRDunn site, still noted "Ships in 24 hours". Wow
