I could not use the scroll down on the PC to select the letter I was looking for, it would just not work. I had to use the phone and it worked well then.

I like it up until it I let them know I moved and had to change the address and they told me it still ship same day and then waited an extra week, then it was still shipped to the wrong address

Feel look I was fooled by the online picture of the product. It was shown for the beads and chain to have more width. I realize the reference photo was not indicative to the actual product.

My first time experience was very good. The pricing and selection was on point. Everything was an easy transaction. And the payment option was a plus.

Great and easy! The ring I purchased was not what I was expecting it was way to small and I was disappointed that it was non refundable. So now I'm paying for a ring that I will probably never wear.

These earrings are for pierced ears. The back clips were too small(tight) to push in the pierced bars. Suggest btw, these earrings are made in a clip on as well as pierced.
