After ordering, I immediately received a text from them, saying that they were out of stock, but that they would order the item for me and ship it. I really appreciated that, and then in a few days, the item was delivered to me. Not many, if any businesses would have this level of customer care. My watch winder arrived in pristine condition.

I missed the delivery from J.R. Dunn. My fault! I simply emailed them for help from outside the U.S. and they arranged for my package to be held at the UPS store near my home. What a relief!
