I was a little concerned ordering, during a pandemic, from a jewelry store (as opposed to Neiman's or Saks) which also carried this necklace. However the 20% off was too good to pass up!
I had no reason to worry; received my jewelry quickly and in perfect condition. J.R. Dunn's customer service, after the sale, was amazing. Steve helped me with an matching earring/bracelet question and emailed his recommendations. You can't get that level of service or value at a department store! Beautiful product. Great customer service. I was concerned that I would not be home to sign for package. Someone from J.R. Dunn called immediately after my on-line question. We resolved issue. Package was delivered very quickly and my husband loved his birthday gift (knife display box-gorgeous!).

Shopping and order process was great. However, I did have to return strap as it was too small for my wrist. Return was easy and efficient with refund within a few days. Will use JR Dunn again in the future.
My comfort level as a first-time shopper with J.R. Dunn would have increased with more direct telephone conversations. Email was the primary source of communication and it took me additional time to make the decision to buy online with you.
Very easy, thanks! Somewhat disappointed with delivery/availability. After ordering, was advised item was not available and back-ordered. Christmas gift was delivered about the end of January; but reps at JR Dunn were very straightforward about it and sent a Christmas gift card accompanied by a small stuffed teddy bear for Christmas. Nice touch. They also followed up with advice on expected delivery date.
I ordered an item for my wife for our anniversary. It was delivered on time on the requested day beautifully wrapped with a professionally scripted accompanying card. My experience with J. R. I do love this store. However, the customer service when I tried returning the bracelet that was a gift for someone else, just to change the size but can't get through to someone picking up the phone. Perhaps I will try sending an email. Other than that, J. R. Dunn's is a place I would 100% buy from again and I have almost zero complaints. I will still keep coming back.! They are doing a great job to service us through the pandemic.

Shopping with JR Dunn was very pleasant. They had exactly what I was looking for and offered a one time coupon which was a better price than any department store that also sold the product. I received my watch in 2 days with a signature required and package very well so to not get tampered. I highly recommend!

Dunn rep called me with notification that the item was not in stock and might be delivered late, which I understood. However, they did arrive before I left and were sent special delivery. While I appreciate packaging that keeps my purchase safe from damage during transport, it was quite excessive for a silicone watch band. The band arrived in a bubble wrap envelope inside a box, inside a larger box...just not environmentally conscious! Otherwise, very satisfied with the quality and price of the product, as well as the quick shipping!
Gave everything 5 stars except packaging...my John Hardy bracelet which is a gift did not come in a box, just a cloth pouch. I expected a box for such an expensive item, especially since it was shipped FedEx.
Very positive shopping experience. Excellent web site, very secure packing, delivery time was just about as stated upon ordering. My only concern is with the size of the band for the day bracelet. It barely fits. If possible, could it be replaced with a bit longer band?
I do notice that the sleep bracelet helps with my sleep patterns; it took a few days to see a difference, but when I forgot to wear it one night - I knew it was helping!

Business History
While at IBM, Jim met his future wife, Ann Marie Pelliccia, who was working as an executive secretary. Like Jim, she was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. She was 10 years old when her family immigrated to this country from Italy. It didn’t take long for Ann Marie to master the English language and become the interpreter for her father’s cabinet-making business. She went to work every day after school with her father from age 11 until she graduated high school. Soon after, she joined the team at IBM. “It was IBM that helped us forge our philosophies about customer service and business ethics,” said Ann Marie.
The couple married in 1969 and together decided to take a chance by starting a jewelry business. With their savings of $10,000, the couple purchased a small house in Hanover, MA and converted it into their first jewelry store, The House of Gems.
During the first year, their store was burglarized and every piece of jewelry was taken, including customers’ repairs. To make matters worse, the Dunns were in between insurance policies. The couple went from door to door informing and reassuring each client that their prized possessions would be replaced. Ann Marie and Jim paid for the stolen jewelry out of their own pockets to preserve their reputation of integrity and trust.
Word spread when the couple made good on their promise, and business began to grow by leaps and bounds. The House of Gems soon outgrew its tiny location. Jim and Ann Marie relocated the store to a nearby mall in South Weymouth, MA and changed the name to J.R. Dunn Jewelers, emphasizing the importance of the family-owned and operated business.
In 1978 the couple relocated to South Florida and opened a small jewelry boutique, serving a select clientele by appointment only. This is when the Dunns were fortunate enough to have 18-year-0ld Robert Pelliccia, Ann Marie’s brother, come on board at the age of 18 and eventually start creating one-of-a-kind custom creations for their discerning clients. It didn’t take long for J.R. Dunn Jewelers to outgrow its location once again; that brought about the monumental decision to purchase a 6,000 square-foot building on Federal Highway in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
Today, J.R. Dunn Jewelers has expanded to 8,000-square-feet showroom in Lighthouse Point and is an Official Rolex Jeweler conveniently located between Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale just and just under an hour from Miami.
