Ordered tires... tires! Not some hard, special doohickey, just tires, site said in stock, ships 1-2 days, on sale 30% off... I took the bait. One tire showed up 4 days later, here it is 9 days later and my order still says " in picking". Been on 4 live chats, one person named Gill just didn't respond to my question of when will the other tire ship. The other three just gave me the same line about warehouse issues and one guy told me my order got sent to another warehouse and would ship tomorrow... that was 3 days ago. Joni just simply said "we cannot tell you when your tire will ship until warehouse assigns it a tracking number" really" It's a tire, not a custom gas tank or some long lead item. If you know your going to have a week plus delay stop advertising 1-2 day in stock shipping, its poor business. First and last purchase from Junk & Publishing cycles. Too many other options out there to put up with businesses that will not answer a simple question!
Ordered an "in stock" item 8 days ago, listed as "pending vendor arrival", with no ETA on shipping, still hasn't shipped. Customer service were not able to provide me with a shipping date (after waiting on hold for nearly an hr on the phone). And my card has been charged for the item. Do NOT use J&P, they will screw up your order. These people are a bunch of incompetent boneheads.
I ordered 1500. 00 worth of parts, waited a month and only got a helmet. They said parts were in Stock, ha! As if. Called and called them, 3 to t days I was told every time. Now I cancelled my order and been waiting 2 weeks for my money. Awful service, never again!

I am at a complete loss to why, after more than four weeks and 20 attempts to get an answer from the various representatives at J&P Cycles no one has been able to provide a delivery date for the seat which was ordered and paid for on the 28th February 2016.
Probably worse that the lack of delivery date, is the way in which my requests for information or progression status updates have been continually ignored by their so-called customer service representatives.
Its a complete disgrace and if there was a way to penalize or condemn untrustworthy e-commerce websites like J&P Cycles; they should be shut down and forced to stop trading.
I have already asked their company to refund me in full if they are unable to provide the goods paid for. Unsurprisingly, this request, like all those before it have been ignored. They now leave me with no other recourse than to obtain the refund by Paypal, which has been put into motion.
FOR YOUR OWN SANITY - Order from somewhere else. I wish I had.
I have shopped with them for years and it seem that they are having a little trouble at this time from what it was told they have moved there warehouses and are behind on getting out some orders and it may take a few extra days to get my stuff to me but for all the money i have saved using them i can over look a few extra days of waiting yea its a little pain that i have to wait but i will still always buy from them when you call in they have all kinds of people that are willing to help me and willing to answer any question when you ask them

It's been 2 weeks since I ordered some bars. Customer service will not answer the phone. Live chat is useless No one will come on line. Emailed multiple times. Not one person from this company will answer me. Invoice just shows processing.
J&P is absolutely terrible! I ordered an "In Stock" item over a week ago and my order still says processing. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for over 20 minutes before reaching someone and they told me that their warehouse was backed up. I cancelled my order and found another company to work with. I'll have it in hand this weekend!
I ordered a part from this company after a week I called to follow up on the item I was told the warehouse was behind and that the order would ship Tuesday, I called again on Wednesday and was told they were waiting on the part from the vendor. I canceled the order it has been 3 weeks so far since order was placed. Won't buy from here

Ordered on line, parts were listed in stock. That was about 1 month ago. Never again. Was told after 4 weeks that warehouse was having problems and parts would ship in 4-5 days. That was about 10 days ago. Still no parts.
I placed two orders, both were delivered with half missing. I was made promise after promise and they did not deliver. I continuously tried to cancel my order yet they wouldnt do it. They took so long I went somewhere else and purchased what I needed. I no longer need the parts and just got an email a month after I placed my order reading that my package has shipped. They are liars. Their website says they ship out next day but they dont. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I hope they go under. No one should ever order from them. I'd rather shoot myself than go back to them.
Trying to be fair with the two star rating.
This is my third experience with this company the first I would rate an A+ though a small order it arrived on time and in good shape but second and third has deteriorated, the second experience my order was shipped improperly as the box was ripped wide open on arrival, the item was too heavy for the box they packed it in but it did arrive on time as stated. And fitment was not exact but workable. The third experience is where things went ridiculously wrong and was the biggest investment into them $600.00) the website said that all items were in stock and would ship the next day as was right on with my last experience's but Two days later when I didn't get an email stating that it shipped I tracked and it said that it was still in process I did an instant chat with a J&P rep and he stated that they opened up a new facility and that they're shipping system was in chaos but they had the problem work out and that my order has been packed and it's ready to be shipped but two days later it still said it was in process so I did another instant chat with a different Rep and she told me the same thing basically and here it is 4 days later and still says it's in process. Do not trust the website and its shipping time frames! Note! The website to this day is still saying that they will ship the items in stock overnight. With no information or explanation at all on delays in their system. This is false advertising in my book, Interesting a company this size gets away with it with a large amount of $$ one could invest in them
The worst online service I have experienced. J&P advertises item shipped in 3 to 5 business days, bs. My order was placed 7 days ago and I have only received one item. I have been lied to more than once by customer service which I found out because another customer rep told me that I was told that to get me off the phone. I have called everyday after the 5th day and its been one bs story after another. $750.00 order, never again. THE WORST!
They don't really have a customer service department. It's actually their customer disservice dept.
I haven't even received my first order from J&P and they've already lied to me about when they would be shipping my "in stock" item - 3 times in the past week alone. They are slow to ship, but they certainly wasted no time processing the charge to my credit card.

I've just bought a set of riser bushes from jp cycle, £30 to buy, to get them delivered to me in uk it cost in total, £100! I was not aware that it would cost so much for what is, a very small delivery! £30 part, £45 delivery then £15.69 on the doorstep for vat! Thats almost £100 for a £30 part. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My friend and I went to Reno Motorcycle show and Jpcycles stuff told us" get the hell out of the way" to us when we were taking some photos. There was no sign we were not supposed to take photos over there.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.

The best way to start this post is with an apology. We are very sorry for any issues you may have encountered regarding shipping delays of your orders from our company. It is not acceptable and we have no excuses. We dropped the ball and it is affecting each of you in a negative way.
While an apology is just words, I want to ensure you there are actions being taken to make things right.
First, we have teams working around the clock in our Louisville facility to receive product into inventory that were ordered for the busy season. This includes everyone on our teams with people coming from Iowa to Texas. In changing the location of our warehouse from Anamosa, Iowa to Louisville, Kentucky, we underestimated the impact of these changes and how they would affect our ability to serve you. You might ask why we even started to make such a change - really it was in response to how we could ship products faster from a location that would improve delivery times. Yes, we see the current irony - we are now slower and shipping is taking longer. However, once this initial roll-out is corrected, all of our customers will be pleased with the ability to receive items ordered much faster.
Second, we recognize the importance and value of your time. With this said, we are currently exploring meaningful options that we can provide to our customers who were impacted by these delays.
We are receiving items and shipping items every day. It is slower than planned, but improvements are already being seen. Right now, we are targeting to be back to normal ship times by April 8th. While longer than we would like, we want to be realistic with you.
