I waited too long to receive parts. I thought as an RPM member all parts received in 2 days, perhaps I miss understood. Parts would come in a few at a time, delaying the completion of project. Some parts would take a week to arrive. Additionally, the shipping department at certain locations should choose more wisely the proper shipping method. A partial order just arrived, a single snap ring in a 12"X7" box! What a waste.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.

This order has oil on it. We cannot expedite oil the carriers do not allow hazardous items to be expedited. Expedited shipping does not change the lead time. If you are ordering an it that says ships in 3-5 business days it will not ship for 3-5 business days.I do apologize for your frustration. We ship from multiple warehouses. If all items are not located in the same warehouse your order will come in multiple packages. We do not want to delay the shipping by having all items sent to one warehouse and then shipped to you.
