I would give 10 stars but the brand new toolbox I bought from JP cycles had rust on the inside of it understandably so but I spent over $100 for this tear dropped toolbox +75 for the mounting kit. I went ahead and put it on but other than that JP cycles was amazing. Can't blame them as a company. This is more of a worker. Let that slide by or did not notice it as you would have to open the toolbox to see the rust on the latch, but you know rust is like cancer.
My disappointment is the $10 charge for returns. It wasn't your fault I know but that was quite a cost. Anyway I was able to give the air filter a home. I have been unable to replace my 3 inch high filter with an alternative and modified this one to work. Thank you, as I said I don't feel it was your fault.I

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
