I been buying from J&P for 40 years now. A lot easier now than it used to be using the catalog and a phone call but I loved that catalog!

I would use J&P again in the future. Parts were not available thru Harley Davidson due to the age of my bike

Solenoid kit came in quick and everything was packaged nicely! My issue ended up not being just the solenoid, but the quality was great especially considering the price!

Selected a product which showed that it would fit my bike. Received said part and it wasn't even close. The mounting brackets were longer and the bolt pattern was wider. The fitment section is not accurate. Ended up having to pay twice as much at Harley to receive the proper part to complete my project

The product took longer to get to me as the manufacturer did not ship to consumers! Jj&P shipped it fairly quick once they received it! All in all fairly good experience! The product itself was as described.

Your website needs attention. I should not have to go through so many parts just to find what I want. I typed in clutch plates and it started with Frames, WTF? And I typed in the year 1962 and I was sent to 1984 part's, WTF? Fix this dam thing! Didn't you pay someone to set it up? If I want Vintage it takes me forever to find them!
