I ordered a fuel filler gas cap. I only needed the screw-in part because I lost the old one. I have a used honda vt1100 and the filler cap was an after-market addition. I had to guess that it was the same filler cap made for Harley's. I guessed right and it fit.
There are a couple of imperfections in the chrome. I did not return as it is located on the bottom.

Put new bars on the sportster and needed new grips, the grips came quickly and were exact fit and identical the the Harley grips at a much better price point
Fit perfect got it when I needed it. EBay part didn't fit very well

The mirrors fit the bike great but had to cut the studs down a bit to fit the acorn nuts I used. Would have been helpful to have the length of the mirror bracket listed in the description. They work but are about an inch longer than my old mirrors so they'll take a little getting used to. The windshield fit great.
There was an issue with my shipping address. I received a personalized email not from a customer. The issue was corrected and I got my parts right away with no delay. No doubt I went back to J&P cycle for more parts!

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
