The pipes arrived and I installed them. They turned out quieter than I expected.
I had no problem with my order aside from the 2 weeks it took before I finally received all my items. Only a couple items actually showed up when they were supposed to. I slowly got the parts over the coarse of 2 WEEKS! Which caused me to miss an event I had been scheduled to attend. Free shipping is cool and all but I'd have gladly paid for shipping in order to get my stuff in a timely manner or just purchased elsewhere. I have bought from your company for close to 15 years and in the past was always satisfied and actually the customer service I experienced in the past was so good it was surprising. And now I can't even get a paper parts catalog? I would make a lot more orders with y'all if I had a hard copy catalog to flip through instead of the hard to navigate online store like everyone else. Will catalogs come back? You should make it an option.
I ordered my slip on's in black and I got them in Crome when I called and asked about it I was told they only come in crome. This is the second item that I have ordered or tried to order that the website says they have or will fit my bike only to find out they don't have it.

The shipping box looked like it sat in the rain, the top was completely crushed in it kinda looked like it got tossed around or someone was playing catch with it and kept dropping it. And the Kenwood box inside the shipping box was also crushed alone top. The starafom inside seemed to be intact so I'm hoping I don't have any issues with this product. (Being as it is a 4hr project to install on a motorcycle)
Delivery tracking was great, with the exception that the package was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, the neighbor, who lives around the corner, on a different street, brought it to our house the next day. FedEx had sent a picture of the drop off garage as they were investigating, enough for us to tell the it was not at our house, as they were investigating the matter. The rep from J&P stated that if delivery did not happen in 2 days, they would send out another.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
