I was concerned about the quality of the parts that I ordered but to my amazement the parts worked as good as O.E. Parts. Good to know that other companies make quality products.
Parts received were satisfactory and attention grabbing as expected. Unfortunately the parts were a little uneven on the decorative ends and had a few significant dings/chips. Other than that I'm satisfied with them. I'm sure quality control wasn't aware of this, other wise they would've sent them back to Avon grips. You probably wouldn't notice unless you examined them outside the packaging. They arrived promptly and I didn't have any problems ordering them. I'd say I am definitely satisfied overall.
Website is easy to order parts, put in model and shows what parts fit your bike. Free shipping is always a nice extra.

I have a mikuni hs40 carburetor on my old 91 electra glide and JP cycles are the only company that has the parts and are really great on pricing, I will use JP cycles for all my motorcycle needs.
The instructions were printed with tiny fount.
I needed a magnifying glass to read them.
I purchased a primary cover for my Harley. I started to tighten the derby cover to the primary cover. Right before the screw was torqued, a piece of the cover broke off. There's a small piece of cover with some threads gone now. I can't use the cover. I didn't realize how cheaply these things were made. If I wanted cheap, I'd order from Amazon. At least with Amazon, there would be a hassle free 30 day warranty. I spent $185 at JP cycles, just to learn to NEVER order from them again. So disappointed and now have to re use the original cover.
Called once to check on an order? The lady I talked to on the phone was very respectful and pleasant. She sorted things out and just as she stated my package arrived.
