Kickstand is at the wrong angle and sits the bike straight up. The front brake master cylinder broke on installation and had to be replaced. Oil filter that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and was cancelled by J&P Cycles without notification for 5 days. Air filter that was supposed to be in stock wasn't and was cancelled after 6 days. It took the order 11 days to arrive after it was ordered.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
