Purchased a one way bleeder valve tool from JP they were great as usual but the product itself was GARBAGE spoke to manufacturer or distributor not sure but it took a couple of days to get back to me supposedly valve blocks air from going into brake lines but all mine did was leak brake fluid the entire time would not recommend to anyone although the customer service was not bad they just need to include directions with product
I would like to have a medium setting also but does have low and high settings. If on high setting need to have medium weight gloves on hands because temperature is too hot for bare hands.
Install I would rate a 8 of 10 because of the throttle cables can be hard to reconnect
Ordered the wrong size. Needed 7/8". Is torn it but it's just as much as the product to return it. Be better if it was said straight. No refund. Still need grips so l reordered. My bad

A bit disappointed with the overall quality of the part. It just seems cheap. Does not come close to comparing with HD OEM parts. Will probably be returning the part. The metal is just really thin and lightweight. I'm afraid that it will not support the weight of my rear signal lights without breaking.
I have ordered a few things from J&P, if they say it will ship next day, it does. They provide tracking that you don't have to download some weird app to track, and products are always amazing.
Bought this helmet at the Daytona Bike week. Very helpful staff in getting me what I needed. Was able to try on helmets to get the right fit. Shipped to my house.
Everything in this kit appears to be good, but one part was not included to make it a complete kit. A new circuit breaker. That's why I gave the 4 star 🌟 rating.
I ordered headlight, spotlight, and turn signal visors for my Harley. The headlight visor did not fit but J&P made it right immediately. I received my replacement within 3 days. Much appreciated.

I used to buy from J&P all the time. Maybe it's just me, but the site did not seem as easy to navigate and actually went to a different site to finish the order. I have been ordering Hotrod parts from Summit and their site is much easier to navigate.
Lots of products to choose from. Sites easy to use find anything you're looking for. I choose next day and two day shipping on orders still seemed to take minimum of 3 days could be from the time of my order. Products were packed great and also JPcycles was great with returns and fast with refunds.

Fast free delivery and good selection and it fit just perfectly. Only thing I found wrong was the old battery bolts were too long for the new battery. I found the new bolts inside the box under a flap. Maybe tape them to the top of the new battery next time.

I asked them if they had a compensator for my 96 Harley Bad Boy. They had an improved design and gave me the part number. Part was in stock and only $129. The design is much simpler and lighter than stock. I'm very happy with the part
Shop by bike not quite up to par. FED EX delivery did not follow directions and left my $250 tire where my road meets my driveway 1/4 mile away from where my delivery instruction ask them to leave my VERY EXPENSIVE PURCHASES that I order from you guys over the many years of business that I've done with your company.

When they easily could have given up, they didn't! Instead, they decided to rebuild the shop, and run the business full-time. Today, J&P Cycles has grown from one employee to over 300. In addition to the Anamosa, IA location warehouse, in 2007 a new 35,000 square foot facility opened in Ormond Beach, FL. At Destination Daytona. The new location features a 15,000 square foot retail space and separate call center.
