Quick and easy, good experience during the purchase and after. The product came packaged nicely. The only issue I had there was an additional o-ring that I didn't need for the primary oil. It had a plug that didn't take an o-ring.

Large saddle bags fit perfect. I used a pannier rack made for the Meteor 350 and secured under passenger set and a couple of zip ties. They look really old school nice.

Package was supposed to show up Friday or Saturday it got delayed then Package showed up today with tank poking through sides on both ends scratched up and dented where the bolts go through. Other then that it's ok.there was absolutely no bubble rap to make sure the tank did not get messed up and box was torn at the top of box. So for 330 dollars I think some Packaging around the tank would have been nice. I've bought alot from you guys and this is my first time something like this happened so honestly not that big of a deal.

Ordered from an in store location and was told the passenger pad from Saddleman would directly bolt up to my existing quick detach hardware. It did not. Luckily, we have a local store and the easy in store return helped ease the pain.

It took over a week to get the parts. I can get pretty much everything I order from Dennis Kirk in 2 or 3 days. I can get stuff from e-bay in 3 or 4 days and from Amazon in 1 or 2 days. You guys gotta get with the program.

Ordered 4 parts. 3 parts stated "In Stock, Ships in 1 business day", the forth part stated "In Stock, Ships in 1-3 business days." Multiple arrival date changes were sent to me, I waited 4 weeks to get parts that were said to be in stock and ship next day. My bike collected dust, and I missed out on multiple rides with my friends during the holidays due to the lame promises of JP Cycles. Never again.
Product arrived fast is is great...1 issue I have is the rubber seal the comes with it is a tad too lose. It bubbles out when u tighten but besides that it's fine. I swapped it with the ring from my OEM cap and is fine

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
