I'd like to qualify this review by saying I am not a programming or software expert. I own my own business and was attracted at the alleged ease for creating forms on jotforms.
The form were not that difficult to create. The user interface was straight forward enough for me to figure out how to build what I wanted.
Once the site is active, it has been a nightmare. The site is constantly down or not loading. My clients can't access the forums and there is NO customer support. There is no phone number to call. The support forum delay time is horrible if you are actually on a deadline or losing business. They have only actually replied to 50% of my support requests. Endlessly frustrating to try to depend on this product especially when the customer service is worse than bad... it's non-existent.
I am already looking for a more dependable alternative because I can afford to spend time every week trying to resolve technical issues with zero support help. I do not recommend this product
I was formally using Google Forms and have encountered problems. When I search for the web to find solutions, I discovered Jotform and it was great. It definitely helped a lot.
It has many widgets to choose from. I'm also thankful that I can upgrade my account manually as i have a very low budget.
I was searching for a good company where I can create and integrate forms to my website. JotForm is absolutely the best! You can integrate many tools into your form like payment options, beautiful designs and standard created fields! JotForm also do not put advertisements about themselves in the form and give the website and forms available in many languages.

I would like a reservation for that I can post a link on our website and the newsletter I create in Vertical Response. I have created fill in forms using Adobe but find the user needs to download the form 1st before they can fill it out. I would like something that I can integrate with Google Docs and drive. We are a non profit organization. Thank you
My web site developer used JotForm to build a form in our site. Then, my web developer went out of business - no phone # or e-mail anymore. After a while, people using our site got a "You are over your Form Quota" message and they were unable to use the form that were there to book appointments on our site. Obviously JotForm wanted to not get us to "upgrade" to a pay model - which we had not problem with. Unfortunately, since we did not have the log-in, JotForm would not give us access to the log-in to "upgrade" the form on our own site - ridiculous. And, we could not call them. They only have e-mail service. As a result of them not letting us access our own forms, we are losing revenue and I will have to pay a new developer hundreds of dollars to re-create the forms that are already there that just need to be "unlocked". They don't care and I would never use them again - worst customer service.!
As much as I like the widgets and things with Jotform... and it is a good form builder. However the customer service is complete crap. So bad. Also they apparently make changes to things without notifying any of their integration partners, so if you have your form hooked up to different systems you could have an issue. I have some forms integrated to other systems via Zapier and Jotform made a change which created a bug in Zapier which caused many hours of fixing things, emailing customers and a direct cost to us. Try Wufoo Forms instead.
Jotform is an online form builder and it's free for less than 100 submissions a month, and $9 if you need more than that.
Jotform has just updated their website and although I don't think too much has changed in what you are able to do, it looks great!
One thing new is that I can know center my forms (they host my forms and I link into there from my own website, it's easier to update more frequently as I need to do in my business).
I have always received information from form submitted, and they allow you to customise and enter text that is in scripts other than roman (such as Chinese/ Japanese) which is great!
I also prefer their service to other form builders also because their name is not something crazy like monkeyforms. As I send people to this website directly (though personalised and branded with our logos) this is important to me.

Jotform is amazing.
For just 9.95 a month, it does the perfect job for my website.
It's user friendly and makes it possible and extremely easy for even those who knows nothing about creating online forms.

JotForm made it incredibly easy to create a sign-able document from our existing document. JotForm also made it incredibly easy to link/embed the form URL from our website. The best feature is when the form is completed, it sends a copy to us and the form signer. This made what was previously a time consuming process for our users into a streamlined automated process that is very efficient.

Awful and furstrating! Very Poor integration with their own widgets and apps. Support promises to fix issue soon but takes months and doesn't fix. Dint get a premium account if you need to create your own forms. The most simple tasks are impossible. Incredibly furstrating
My organization was really upset when Adobe closed FormsCentral. We had a competition at work to find a suitable replacement and JotForm won. It takes a little getting used to, but it is SO flexible, you can really do whatever you might need to with a form on this. And the level of support they provide is amazing. Thanks JotForm.
I have been using JotForm for over 2 years now and I am more than happy with the service! Over the years, they have spent a lot of effort to improve forms, templates and overall usability of the site. Making a form is very easy and integrating it into your website is very simple. I love that there is the option to log in to JotForm and read your emails via the JotForm inbox... it's a great way to keep track of form submissions. I also like the spreadsheet download feature... very handy! Overall, my experience with using Jotform has been wonderful and I look forward to using JotForm for may years to come!
Jotform is a great concept. You can do anything you need with their forms, i. E. customize for any need you have for your website. I encountered a bug with the clear form button. It clears the text entered on the form but does not allow my customers to clear the photo they have submitted. It worked initially and then stopped working. The problem lies in the slow response to my problem. I was told that a ticket was submitted to the developers to fix this and I have not heard back since. It has been ten days now. Luckily I haven't published the site yet. If I were operational this would have put me out of business.
Always a back end issue, for someone who uses online forms for sales it's not good. Mistakes happen fine but it's always a song and dance to fix reoccurring issues! I wa spaying monthly and all of a sudden a customer messaged me that when they went to fill out form it said I (the business) maxed out our limit of submissions (classy for customers to see), so I went online and they said I had to upgrade in order to TURN MY FORM BACK ON! After hours of being disabled and losing sales I paid it even though I was confused because I knew it was gonna take forever for customer service. When I paid I used a different email and they gave me a whole new account while also enabling my old. The new account sat there 3 months with zero forms and them taking payments now for 2 accounts. Only 1 was ever used. I kept in touch the whole time and now they won't refund me because it's past refund time. $39 3 times! Imagine if they did this to everyone and what if I didn't catch it. A lawyer would have a field day with this class action because I know I'm not alone. Jotform is $#*!, not the program itself but whoever is running behind the scenes is stealing!
I work for a non profit and it is hard to get the tools I need to do things I have to track. Because of their free usage of 100 submissions a month and you can use everything they offer, is fabulous. A lot of sites offer free but then limit what you can use. When I am able to go for the next level, I will, for sure. It is easy to use and the forms certainly come in handy.
JotForm is a solid service. It is very easy to create forms. In the past, we have had some difficulty setting up certain features in our forms, but their online customer service was always quick to respond and offer us a workaround, plus they keep making improvements, so it gets easier and easier to use all the time. A great value.
We were looking for a form to collect data for our marketing team and found Jotform! Its easy to sign up and even easier to use. I will be using this for all of my future form needs!

I absolutely love JotForm. I have trial and errored with around 7 other online builders and hosters, and not a single one came close to how well and flawlessly JotForm works. My clients constant rave about how great the forms are, and how easy it is to fill them out compared to ones like Google's which frequently freezes and/or resets itself. You have literally hundreds of choices in question styles, and can even customize them for something completely different than intended! And what's even more cool is they allow you to increase your total monthly limits by doing different things, and is incredibly helpful for a small business like mine that doesn't necessarily have extra money in the budget for things like this. I will most definitely be upgrading my package in the near future, due to how satisfied I am with this company.
