I have several issues with my forms that still remain unresolved. Customer service cannot give me an ETA on resolution and seems quite unmotivated to fix the issue. I wouldn't use JotForm. There are other solutions out there with better customer service.
I have used Jotform for my real estate coaching business for several years now to help hold my coaching clients accountable to their weekly goals and standards. At times there are glitches but it is easy to make changes and corrections with simple edits. It has been one of the easiest ways to track their work!
I have only recently started using JotForm and think that it is brilliant. It is very user friendly and very easy to use, giving even a complete novice the ability to create highly functional professional online forms. An excellent product, highly recommend it.
I really was excited when I started working with JotForm it had the function of being able to fill out our preexisting forms from a mobile platform and submit them to the correct department. Unfortunately we have found that 50% of them are blank in the submission email. So far the support department has been unable to repair or find a solution. We are hopeful they will be able to resolve this we have invested a lot of time loading all of our forms.
Don't Use it for complex task. Very Poor integration with their own widgets and apps. Support promises to fix issue soon but takes months and doesn't fix.

Jotform is a very good form builder. The program is easy to understand, even more detailed forms are quickly build.
I have only found 3 improvable aspects:
- Conditions function doesn't work as expected
- Other languages than english are just poorly translated
- It should be more transparent before Building a form, how many submissions are possible in the free version
I run a wordpress site for my non-profit. Due to wordpress's security issues, I try to make all submission aspects of my site use external services. Jotform has solved multiple problems for me. I can now take donations on my site without paying for a wordpress plugin with questionable functionality that puts my donors at risk of identity theft. Second, I was able to build a submission system for my site's contributors using jotform. I am considering a paid subscription but still trying to figure out what the advantages would be for my service, but it looks good so far!
JotForm is very amazing. It lets you be creative because it has all the options to be creative. We use for our organization for volunteering events and members sign-up. It's worth trying. You'll never regret!
I have tried several other form builders, including Contact Form 7 and Ninja Forms. Jotform is by far the easiest to use. Whether to build simple contact forms, or to create a complex intake form with digital signature, I've found jotform to be the easiest to use and most reliable. Strongly recommend. Easy to embed on wordpress websites. You can also download PDF file of all submissions to that form.
The site would be much better if they simplified it and made it more user friendly. People don't have hours and hours to wasted trying to figure you your GUI and all the bells and whistles, KISS it if you want more users. Everytime I think I have the site figured out, I get another problem for some hidden setting that is not readily seen.
Their site is a crowded user unfriendly confusing site. Started off ok once you spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. Then now just completely broken. Have to LOG IN to your account, which ONLY YOU knows the password to in order to bring up the form that you spent so much time making so that others who DO NOT HAVE your PW can complete the form. Simply no longer works. Also they send you an IP banned message if you happen to use a free VPN that THOUSANDS of other people use.
Have been using Jotform for over a year now. Using it for event registrations, recruitment and HR forms. Love the rules feature so that forms can change depending on input. Paypal and dropbox integration are great. Saves my team hours in processing recruitment applications and events registrations and payments. Totally recommend JotForm.
I am now a Jotform user for a few month and the interface, service and technical support are great.
Interface is simple and straightforward: you drag your elements from the element section to your form area. When you finish, you view your created form and embed it in your site as you please.
Service: I have not experience any down time problem with the service so far. You can email, chat or talk to Jotform sale or support staff if you have any question building your form and application.
Technical Support: Technical support staff respond quickly and are very knowledgeable about any problems or troubleshooting you may encounter while building your forms and applications. There is big forum where you can get quick technical support and information.
I recommend you the services of jotform.com - so you should try it and see for yourself.

This morning I got an email saying that I reached the payment limit. "It seems like you have reached your payments limit. Free accounts are limited to 1 payments / month. Your forms will be disabled on Thursday at 12pm EST". That's in TWO hours from now!
The payment was made via Paypal so it has nothing to do with JotForm.

I'm a web designer and use JotForm on many of my clients websites. It's a very convenient way to accept orders, payments, requests, etc. and keep track of everything in one place. I haven't had any complaints about how my clients forms are functioning; they are very pleased. I recommend JotForm to everyone.
The Google doc form that Jot Form eventually produced could have been produced through Google docs tools or templates. I wasn't impressed. What was worse, after spending an hour sending out our Jot Form sponsorship form to old and potentially new sponsors, I received an email from a potential sponsor saying that the Jot Form link didn't work. To my disbelief, Jot Form not only disabled our non-profit form but suspended our account - all without notice or explanation. We have never knowingly violated any terms of use on any site and even if done inadvertently, at least a warning or notice before or after the fact would be the professional response. If we exceeded our free usage, which is not likely, at least a pop up could give us an opportunity to upgrade. There was none. And then there was the Contact Form. After taking time to change our password and complete the contact form, you can only contact them if logged in. The login was blocked.
Adding to the false claim of having 40 million users while having such basic issues, this platform is one I will avoid at all cost. Appearing to be completely unprofessional, we probably lost thousands in potential sponsorships.

Jotform provides an clean and easy way for a large group of professionals to submit and track data. It allows them to display the progress they make with new employees and allows us to process that data into concise monthly reports.
