Jotform is very robust and feature-rich platform for creating forms for a variety of purposes. I think it's very intuitive and easy to use. Making formulas can sometimes be confusing, but it's still a spectacular platform.
I have started preparing for an arts and crafts fair next summer and really wanted to make the registration process online. I tried several different products, but when I found Jotform I knew I had the right one! There are many different widgets you can use, the forms are super easy to create, you can embed pdfs, jpg (in my case for a booth layout map), links so that vendors can fill out state sales tax forms directly online and then upload them to my registration form, and many other wonderful features. Jotform works will with many website products (Squarespace, which is mine, is one of them) and you can create online payment forms as well! I am currently using the "free" version (which has all the features, just a more limited submission amount) but am thinking that I could even pay the $19.99 per month for just the months that we are registering our applicants. I LOVE this product!
If any company got it right the first time, its JotForm. Its easy quick to use, cannot complain. Its full of useful features. If it wasnt for JotForm we'd have to spend a few hundred dollars on a PHP form, that Jot Form has for free!
Doctor sent me a form to fill out. The form will not complete correctly and my medical treatment has been delayed due to my doctor insisting on using jotform. I'm about to find another doctor.
After you spend the time figuring out how to make the perfect form, I came back to my site and it said I was blocked. I made to 'forms' for two of my sites and JotForm thought I was 'phishing'? These peeps are obviously not concerned about making a good product. I'll return to EMailMeForm like we've been using. Don't say you have customer service when you don't.
We used this form for our website for an art show and received 70 applications. When it was time to review them they were all missing and the support team could care less. We had to email each artist to get them to resend photos. It was a horrible experience. This is a untrustworthy company to say the least.
Jotform has proven an indispensable resource for creating online submission forms! I am a novice to creation of web pages, and could not conceive of how I would create an online space for people to submit responses via my web page. Jotform has an amazingly user-friendly format for creating elegant and highly functional online forms.
I am now a Jotform user for a few years and the service is great. The themes are really easy to use and the forms easy to set on the website.
I can only recommend you the services of jotform.com - so you should try it and see for yourself.
As a sales manager, I started using jotfom to get the data I need from my team and have it in a form that will be ready for data analytics. This has been a Godsend. Is so easy to use. I also use it for our marketing events with our customers.

Jotform makes my tasks easier. Plus they have the right templates for any business. I used their Whitepaper template and it was perfect. I am really impressed with jotform service. I needed to create some forms for the Grant application and I found designing these forms with jotform service is really easy. I am also surprised to see the features and add ons you can use for your form design. I used other services but I will recommended highly this jotform service.

I use Jotform for my business and it has worked out really well. Customers go to my website and get seamlessly transferred over to the Jotform and it looks like my own website with a similar look. Compared to similar apps
JotForm is a serviceable application that provides WYSIWYG form design. It's not as flashy as Wufoo, but it gets the job done just as well. One big advantage is that they don't put ads on forms, even if you subscribe to the free version. You never have to worry about your customer's reactions to unexpected ads from your forms.
I am so very deceived with jotforms... Great to use, easy to integrate but when you have finished your survey and having all information to analyse now, just try their visual report, soooooo amateur and inefficient. What is the use of allowing user to collect huge amount of data and then not being able to express them optimally. As mush as the facilities to create forms etc are professional, as much as the reporting is amateur :(! I am very deceived and would not advise to anyone sorry...
For beginners it is very easy to use.It is a continuous discovery.
More you use it, the more easy, efficient and powerful it becomes.
For limited use (less than 100 responses each month) it is completely free and the bronze account is cheap and sufficient for 1000 responses each month (that is a lot!). I could not stay without it!
I'm convinced JotForm can do ANYTHING I want it to. I'm not a developer and couldn't write a line of code if it was the last thing I had to do, but once again I was able to solve another problem via jotform's platform.
The flexibility of the program is phenomenal and they are always updating the program to work even better. I could go on all day but to some it up: Try jotform for your survey needs it will excell past your expectations (and is leaps and bounds ahead of surveymonkey if you ask me).
Really my only suggestion at this point would be to improve the reporting feature. It's pretty clunky currently but we got it to work enough to suffice our needs.
JotForm doubled billed me and with the help of BlueSnap refuses to refund the double billing charges for 7 months. They offered three months credit... not good enough... The only way I could stop the double billing was to cancel my credit card. They selected different dates and different notices on my credit card. My accountant did not pick this us as double billing. I had notified them when they first started this and they continued to double bill on the same JotForm account number.
Jotform is a robust for builder. It even offers 5 forms for free with a lot of features offered for free. Upgrade and get even more! I have used Jotform for years now and I highly recommend the form builder.
