I bought a Montblanc wallet and paid extra for the delivery.
Called at least 15 times because the wallet did not arrive on time. Every person who answered my call gave me a different answer and different information. This was very stressful as I had bought it as a Graduation present and it did NOT arrive on time even thought the sales personnel always told me it would.

I used Jomashop to purchase a watch for my wife's birthday. The price was extremely competitive (much less than Amazon and other retailers) and the watch arrived within 3 days of purchase. The watch was packed securely in its original box and was packaged well within the box Jomashop shipped it in. All documents were provided and the watch was perfect. I would use Jomashop again as I could not have had a better experience.

I bought a few watches from Jomashop for my recent wedding as gifts; my husband's wedding gift (Tag) and 3 groomsmen, and our officiants (Citizen & Michael Kors). The watches were much lower prices than you can get in stores. The watches were delivered within a few days and were top quality. I have told many friends and they have also already made purchases and are completely satisfied.

I really do like joma shop it has a good website fast delivery and they make returns hassle free i have bought several watches from them, authenticity has never been a question overall great place to shop great prices are always a bonus!

I ordered a seiko watch to germany. The shipping took 1 or 2 weeks which is okay as i did not chose express delivery. I am really satisfied with my watch and the great service from jomashop.

I have bought many watches from jomashop and every time it's been so easy to do the whole proces. I always received my watches on time and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend buying a watch from them. Also amazing prices.

I was little worried about purchasing a name brand items through online rather than going into the actual shopping center but after receiving my items, I was very satisfied with the product and legit original item rather than other store selling a fake items.

I have bought watches from Jomashop 12 years ago and just recently, perfect service always. Customer service people are great, products top notch. Never had to use the Jomashop warranty but if I had to, I would expect the very same level of service.

I would never shop at Jomashop again due to the rude customer service staff who left me on hold for over 30 minutes, talked to me like I was a liar and a moron, and when I called back, hung up on me. Disgusting.

I previously owned a Citizen Eco-Drive Titanium that was purchased around 1995. I am a rancher and was looking for a watch that could handle the mistreatment of ranch life and yet look good in the evening. Jomasop offered a wide array of mens solar watches to compare both quality and price wise. I felt comfortable with my final purchase and would recommend Jomashop to anyone looking for a timepiece.

I ordered my watch for my girlfriend and was expecting it to be delivered on a specific date because i had to give it on her birthday. Everything came through on time and on perfect quality too.
