This is the third time I'd purchased at Jomashop and the fourth watch I'd bought in three months... I was fascinated with all the products they offered with a very low price compared to others... I will still continue buying and I'm so proud to let my relatives and friends try shopping at Jomashop for I know it's so worth it... Thanks Jomashop... M1B*******...

This is my second purchase from Jomas will continue to do business with them.

I bought for $3599 a Breitling avenger thus fall. It came with the buckle reversed. Ok I was able to fix that. Now I can change the time. The hands won't move. It keeps time fine, I'm just an hour off. I've written about repair, now waiting two weeks for a reply. Am I suspicious yes.

Made a second purchase with JomaShop, even though a TAGHeuer watch I purchased from them several years ago didn't go well (stopped working after a couple of months, sent it back to them twice, asked for a replacement, they returned it claiming it was a replacement but it had the same serial number!). Anyway, the minor purchase I just made from them - a Montblanc pen holder - came quickly and without any defects.

I have ordered many watches from JomaShop and have never been disappointed. They have a large selection of high quality watches, very competitive pricing and usually ship within a day or two. I bought a watch for my wife and it was exactly what was advertised. The same watch was 75% more at the local mall. Customer support was amazing and the item was shipped when expected. Great prices, good customers service, and they follow through with delivery dates. Look forward to doing business with them again.

Received defective DOA watch winder. Called Customer Service. Dysfunctional rep insisted that I would be required to pay return postage and restocking fee. I asked why only to learn that it was JomaShop's policy and it is carved in stone for eternity. The rep was unyielding and hateful. Goodbye JomaShop.

I wanted to get my daughter her first pair of binoculars as she put up a bird feeder. JomaShop was recommended to me by a person who's advice I respect and I was not disappointed. It was easy to navigate the site. The price was reasonable. My daughter is happy with them.

I have shopped from jomashop multiple times and have always had a great experience. One of my items were backordered and they were up front and very communicative about it. All items come in original packaging still with tags unless purchasing a used product. Used products are always like new and highly recommended.

Purchased Raymond Weil watch. Item came sooner than expected, packed well and as advertised. Very happy with service and highly recommend seller. I also purchased a Tag Heuer there a year ago with similar service.

I have ordered a number of Citizen Eco-Drive watches from Jomashop and had great experiences with each order. They have a very good selection of watches, a pleasant website that is easy to use, and really good prices. For a "watch junkie" like me they make it a little too easy in fact to feed my habit. My wife has had to buy a watch box for me to store my collection and it has open spaces... but probably for not too long. :)

Happened to land on JomaShop almost by accident and find it to be a little hidden treasure on the internet for great prices on authentic watches. The site is very easy to navigate. I compared shopping and inventory with many other online retailers and settled on my purchase with JomaShop.
