Where do I start?... Looking at the gallery of nice looking shoes colors sizes even prices. Ok let's start ordering not one pair but two pairs. Ok, will send tracking number when order is ready two weeks later there's a package at my front door. Surprise a package a pair of shoes not in the box in a plastic bag open the bag up the shoes the beautiful shoes that I saw online in this gallery was very I repeat! Very disappointed quality cheap material cheap shoes plastic even at the bottom White rim around shoe is paint over plastic there's no grip can't afford to even walk outside with them on let alone let it rain I might fall and bust my head the strap around the shoe is cheaper than a purse strap. All I can say is buyers beware..

Wish I had read the reviews before I bought pair of boots Way to small, there was no return policy and I've had them a month and they're already falling apart at the seams, worst quality ever. There's no offer for return, refund or partial refung.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter in January 2022, they sent completely different shoes, (see photos attached) so I emailed (because they don't have a customer service number) them and they said they didn't have the shoes I ordered anymore and that I could pick another pair, so I picked another pair of shoes that were about $10 cheaper and they still wanted me to pay for shipping. I told them I just wanted a refund instead because I was not spending anymore money for their mistake. It is now September and I still never got my refund nor the pair of shoes that I ordered. Bottom line is…there are so many shoe shops online. For your sake, don't waste your time and money on this site.

My elderly mother ordered from this company. Trying to return an item was terrible. Shoes that were made of plastic and a safety hazard had to be shipped back to China and the cost to return outweighed the price of the shoes. It took 5 emails to customer service before they would provide me an address of where returns were supposed to be shipped to and if you forget to provide the tracking number once you ship then you won't receive any refund. AVOID!

Ordered two iPhone cases, one case did never arrived. Refund for it denied, I don´t wanted another one sent because of several weeks delivery.
The second item is not usable, just doesn´t work. Case does´t work with the touchpad of the iPhone 11 at edge areas.
No refund possible, return denied, sent pictures and videos of the problem. Opened paypal case, "we´re checking the case", no communication any moer.

The boots I bought size is too small and I cannot reach anyone for return. No phone can call, sent two emails but no response at all.

Any online shop powered by Shopify is a scam. In About Us the vague and general description is the first clue.

No refunds and they don't post an address to mail it back, probably on purpose. The only info u get is their email!
