My new cello strings are vibrant and responsive. The strings were packed well and delivered quickly. One time I purchased the same string set from a lesser known online store. I saved about $20, but the strings were brittle and dull. I won't make that mistake again. Johnson Strings has always sent great quality strings.

The bass bag I ordered is of high quality and great value. Unfortunately, my bass is an unusual size and it didn't fit. They promptly gave instructions for returning it with credit for the shipping cost. Would definitely deal with them again if I could find what I need.

I had trouble finding thinner violin strings so that there was not so much pressure on my fourth finger. Johnson carries "thin" or "weich" violin strings. The price is competitive, service was quick, and no shipping cost.

It is a pleasure to deal with JohnsonString. All items that I ordered arrived together, and all are in perfect shape. Also, the non-music-book items I ordered (tuning fork and music stand) seem to be fine quality.

Great choice of items and services, and people, and location and everything else. But the postage was quite expensive for my order. I knew it before making my order, but wish it could be lower. When there is no time to go to the shop, it almost feels like a penalty...

I needed some advice when buying new strings for my violin and the customer service rep I called was terrific. She was very friendly and provided me with all the information I needed to choose the right strings. I received them quickly and they are great! Just the right strings to get the best sound from my instrument. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering online again!

The Magnacore Tungsten steel strings are what my grandson wanted; he loves them, for their brightness and punch. He also loved that they came in faster than he expected, so was able to use them in a concert that weekend.

So I needed to exchange my daughters cello that accidentally got broke during class and the process was easy as could be! Johnson had the exchange form online and sent the cello to us in 2 days. Now wh have the old one in the box that they supplied and its to ship out.

I love my new cello case. Seems very secure and looks just like I hoped. The only thing I would improve is some kind of an adjustment to the back straps so it's more comfortable at the top of the straps. Otherwise, love it!

JohnsonString is the best source out there for specialty strings (such as strings for my viola da gamba, and other stringed instrument accessories. They also have good prices and excellent service. Way to go, JohnsonString!

I just bought a Cordoba Esteso classical guitar and i'm very satisfied. Shipping was fast despite of light delay due to custom clearances. Also the shipping cost was reasonable. The guitar is perfect and its woods smell very good! Do not hesitate to buy from JohnsonString.

I received the item on time. UPS tracking was provided.
The product itself is not as nice as the previous one. No violin cover included and no strap to hold the shoulder rest. This kind of details are not shown in the item description and photos.

I had just purchased a new Violin directly from the maker and wanted to change to better string (Peter Infeld) and a different chin rest (Kaufman style). Johnson Stings was one stop shopping with quality items at affordable prices.

Everything arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. We ordered a large item in addition to violin strings, and they all came together in the same box. Fortunately, the packer had the foresight to place the strings in their own small box inside the larger box so we wouldn't miss them among the packing peanuts, which was much appreciated. I've shopped at Johnson String on and off now for more than a decade. I've rented and purchased violins from them. I've gotten sheet music, violin supplies, cases, etc from them and never been disappointed. Great service and quality products!

I had been shopping for performance "wristies" for a while. Always seemed too big, too thick or too expensive for me. Until I checked Johnson's. Should have checked there first! Their size chart was spot on, and the fabric was just as advertised. Very happy!
