This store/online store is my "go to" place for all of my video, photo, and pro-audio needs. Instead of shopping around I just come straight here. The ease of the website for shopping and ordering is superb! Always on time everyday and everywhere!

Bought Sharp AQUOS 80" and it's really nice TV. The transaction went really smooth, I didn't receive any call for extra shipping charges or white glove services as it mentioned in lot's of reviews. 10 days later I got the TV --no complaints at all before or after sales.

During a recent move, I broke my 70" Sharp TV. I immediately went on line to find a replacement using Google to find a good deal. Joes came up with a good price, not the best but I had bought from them before and had a general trust. I ordered a new 70" sharp TV, basically a replacement for what I had just broken. Got a call from Joes to confirm, explained why I was ordering and there was no hard sell. Only an offer to pay COD to get the web discount and white glove delivery (which I opted for). TV arrived on time, Saturday delivery too, which was very convenient. I would definitely order from Joes again if their price was close to the best deal, which seems to be related to the specific TV. Overall I was quite happy with the experience.

I ordered a large Weber BBQ from Joes and from ordering to delivery and installation it was an excellent experience. For an item this large I was concerned it would arrive with issues (I live in CA), but the delivery service used was exceptional and the people I spoke to at Joes AV were friendly and polite.

I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service. TV was delivered to my home in Tucson, AZ. The delivery guys were great and very friendly. Unpacked the TV and made sure everything worked and that there was no damage from shipping. The they repacked the set since my entertainment center had not been completed yet.

After searching on line for a Sharp 70" TV, and not having much luck, I came across Joes AV. Not only did they have the brand, and model number I was looking for in stock, there price was below all others sellers on the internet including Ebay. I highly recomment this dealer for there quick service and shipping. Give them a A+5 star rating

GREAT site! Very honest people with can't beat pricing. I purchased a Samsung 4k 3d TV for $300 less then the next best price from any retailer. I paid no tax and no shipping as well extending my savings. They even threw in a free wall mount!

Contrary to some of the negative reviews I have found online prior to purchasing my TV from Joes, I took a chance and it paid off!
I had a very good experience!
The ordering was perfect and no pressure.
I did upgrade to the white-glove shipping, so that I can receive it sooner.
The TV arrived on-time, in 8 days, as promised.
The only exception is that I did not get a 30-minute advance call within my delivery window, but I was home to make sure I wouldn't miss it.

Found Joes AV on the internet with a great price on an 85" LG UHD television... Had a great conversation with Nancy in sales. Agreed on a very low purchase price and from that point through the purchase through delivery - great experience. Everything happened as it was supposed to with no issues. Very nice buying experience overall... oh and originally from NY...!

I ordered the TV online, but just felt I needed to talk to someone. I called and talked to a staff member who assured me everything would be fine because they have great service, excellent products and I would absolutely love the picture quality of my new Samsung.
He was right on all counts.

Joes Av is a pretty easy way to get new electronics. One short call for the order, another for delivery. The delivery arrived within their stated estimated time, two men brought the television into the room unboxed it, plugged it in to make sure it was working. Easy peavey...

Their inventory is extensive, prices as low or lower than other vendors, and shipments arrive on the day they specify. What more could you ask for?

I love Joes Av, I found this website years ago and have kept my eye on it looking for things that I needed/wanted. I got a 75" TV from here awhile ago and have loved it! They ship fast, everything is in order, and I never have any problems.

I've placed around 5 or 6 orders with Joes Av over the past two years. Each order was received without having any problems. With one of my first two orders I had ordered a particular item by mistake, but returning it was very easy and my credit card was promptly refunded. Plus their prices are consistently fair, and in some cases are the lowest I could find on the web when calculating the complete cost of the item (or items) plus shipping cost. I just can't say enough good things about Joes!

Great experience(s)! I have no idea what anyone talking about poor customer service is talking about. I have ordered several items from them and have had no problems. I guess since I have had no problems I may not be a reliable source for customer service experiences but from the order to delivery I have not had any issues what so ever. The few times I have contacted them in regards to sales they have been very helpful.

Very reputable. Excellent customer service! Very friendly, easy to get a hold of and backs their products. I had made a mistake and needed a package returned and another one shipped. They immediately shipped the second one and paid the shipping cost and return cost even though the mistake was mine. Lightning fast delivery both times! The product was great at a good price. I would highly recommend this company.
